Bangladesh People's War 

The 6th Central Council of the Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement was held

On 13 July 2018, the 6th Central Council of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist organization Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement has been held. A procession equipped with the photos of Marx-Engels-Lenin-Stalin-Mao and the organization flag started from the front of the National Press Club circumambulating various roads it ended at the Bangladesh Shishu Kalyan Parishad Auditorium where the inauguration session of the Council was organized. On 11 am, former Maoist leader and presently the New Democratic People’s Forum president, Comrade Jafor Hossain formally inaugurated the council through the hoisting of organizational flag of Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement. Later on, Comrade Jafor Hossain inaugurated the speech. Then, the cultural team of Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement and Revolutionary Labor Movement perform the International.

Council Preparatory Committee coordinator Comrade Biplab Bhattacharya chaired the opening session of the Council. After the inaugural speech of Comrade Jafor Hossain, the chair person came to the stage with the invited guests. In the speech, the chair person offer condolences in memory of martyrs of revolutionary and progressive movement around the world and the Council House commemorated the martyrs with one minute silence. Later, a discussion meeting started after the respect to the martyrs with flowers at the temporary Shaheed Bedi under the leadership of the chair person. The former leaders of the Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement, Progressive Intellectuals and comrades of the brotherly organizations participate in the discussion.
After the successful completion of the first session, the second session began at 3pm.
Initially, the Council Preparatory Committee coordinator Comrade Biplab Bhattacharya dissolved the previous temporary National Committee. Then the three elected Presidium Councils were elected. Before the Council, four draft documents were presented to all the representatives, observers. Some of these comrades had already given the written opinion.
In that four draft documents presented to the Council, the proposal of addendum and amendment of the Declaration and Programs is discussed first. In the discussion, comrades kept their own important opinion / debate. The council accepted the document including some new additions.
After this, the amendments and addendum of the organization’s constitution were discussed and the council accepted it. After that, the political proposals submitteds by the previous National Committee was discussed for a long time. After the consultation, the council along with several additions passed the document. Finally, the organizational report was discussed.

The National Committee was formed in the second phase of the Council’s second session. A draft panel with the evaluation on behalf of the previous National Committee was submitted to the Council House. The representative and observer comrades kept their valuable views. Although there was a great deal of debate over the proposal of including two new comrades in the panel, it was not passed by voters. At last, the council elected National Committee of 13 members with Comrade Atif Anik as President.

The members of the new National Committee pledge to propagate the Marxism-Leninism-Maoism campaign further to the students and youths of Bangladesh in the future.
The new National Committee thanked all the comrades and friends who have assisted them in successfully completing the council. The council is successfully finished. The new committee said this council will play a historical role in the current situation of Bangladesh.

Durante los días previos y durante la Copa del Mundo en Brasil, el pueblo y especialmente la juventud pobre se manifestó contra el despilfarro de recursos y el show que el gobierno del Dilma/FMI quería mostrarle al mundo.

Estas protestas fueron masivas, combativas y justas.

Hoy, en momentos en que se acrecienta la crisis del capitalismo burocrático en Brasil, expresado en un alza en la lucha y en la podredumbre de todas las instituciones del viejo Estado. Los vampiros arremeten contra los luchadores populares, decretando prisión para 23 activistas.

Declaramos nuestro pleno acuerdo con la nota de denuncia de los compañeros perseguidos, manifestamos nuestra solidaridad con ellos, con su lucha, en contra de la persecución política y llamamos a difundir la situación de los compañeros y de la lucha del pueblo de Brasil, como parte de la lucha de los pueblos del mundo.

Firman esta nota 13 de los 23 activistas condenados por las protestas en Río
El juez Flávio Itabaiana de Oliveira Nicolau finalmente entregó los resultados para el cual fue contratado por Sérgio Cabral hace cuatro años: condenó a todos los activistas (23 en total) involucrados en las protestas contra el despilfarro de dinero la FIFA durante el mundial, a penas que van de 5 a 13 años de prisión, en régimen inicialmente cerrado.
¿Qué crímenes cometimos?
¿Atrevernos a denunciar los desmanes de Sérgio Cabral, Pezão & CIA, encubiertos todo el tiempo por parte del Poder Judicial y del Ministerio Público de Río?
¿Atrevernos a denunciar el despilfarro de la Copa de la FIFA, cuyo único “legado” que quedaba para el pueblo fueron los escombros de las comunidades removidas y el quiebre de los servicios públicos?
¿Atrevernos a participar, como estudiantes y trabajadores, hombro a hombro con millones de personas en las mayores manifestaciones de masas de la historia reciente del país?
¿Atrevernos a actuar en conjunto con los movimientos populares independientes, que no se desvían o se venden a las “tenebrosas transacciones” de la política oficial que nos desgobierna, cuyos mayores símbolos son Pezão y Temer?
Si de eso nos acusan, tenemos que aceptar con orgullo lo que dicen nuestros verdugos. Porque eso es lo que hemos hecho, es decir, luchamos. Todos necesitan comprender que es a toda nuestra generación que buscan condenar e intimidar con esta sentencia infame. Pero no lo lograrán: cargamos la terquedad propia de los que insisten en tener fe en la vida, fe en la lucha, fe en el pueblo. La terquedad de los miles que marcharon en la Plaza Saens Peña, en el día de la final de la Copa del Mundo, apenas unas horas después de que decenas de activistas fueron arrestados y enviados a Bangu. Nosotros tenemos una posición y esta no es la de la casa grande. Si de eso nos acusan, muchas gracias, pues.
Con esta sentencia, el Sr. Itabaiana entra a la historia por la puerta de atrás. Será siempre recordado como aquel que persiguió de manera implacable a la juventud de junio del 2013. Que quede registrado: lo que se hizo en Río de Janeiro, en cuanto a los procedimientos persecutorios, prisiones abusivas, invasiones de residencias, infiltración ilegal, abrazos de abogados y hasta una “delación premiada informal” (la del detective Felipe Braz, cuyo testimonio es prácticamente la única “prueba” presentada ser condenarnos) no se compara con ningún otro caso en Brasil. Tal vez los verdugos se enorgullecen de su servicio; a ese “orgullo” nos parece más coherente llamarle: ¡VERGUENZA!
Sí, porque es vergonzoso que los manifestantes contra el despilfarro de la FIFA sean condenados, ¡cuando hoy gran parte de los propios organizadores de la Copa están presos! ¡Cuando el ex gobernador que nos reprimió con salvajismo está preso! ¡Cuando el país es llevado al borde del hambre y de la devastación social por los mismos vampiros que temblaron de odio cuando la juventud se tomó las calles! ¡Cuando la Red Globo, que nos persiguió, aún no ha explicado sus negociaciones en torno a los megaeventos!
¿Alguna palabra sobre la “conducta reprochable” y “personalidad distorsionada” de esas personas, señor juez?
Reafirmamos lo que dijimos a lo largo de todos estos años: ¡LUCHAR NO ES UN CRIMEN! El crimen es el estado de calamidad ofrecido al pueblo en la fila de los hospitales, crimen es la falta de vacantes en las guarderías, crimen son los autobuses caros y superpoblados, crimen es el que se practica diariamente en las favelas, ensangrentadas por el genocidio del pueblo negro y pobre. ¡Eso es crimen! Y estos crímenes, tengan la certeza, no quedarán impunes para siempre.
En tiempos de serios ataques a los derechos laborales y sociales, es fundamental desplegar bien alto las banderas de la libertad de expresión y de manifestación, sin las cuales ningún otro derecho puede ser defendido, mucho menos conquistado. Esto es aún más importante cuando Río se ve bajo una intervención militar y vemos a diario oficiales hablando abiertamente sobre la posibilidad de un golpe militar en el país. Llamamos a todos los / las luchadores / as, trabajadores / as, estudiantes, colectivos, activistas, intelectuales y personas democráticas a manifestarse en esa campaña. No es sólo por los 23: ¡es por todos los que luchan!

The aim of the communists is clear and precise: the formation of the proletariat in class, the overthrow of the bourgeois domination, the conquest of political power by the proletariat.

The task of the Communists is traced in an eternal and indispensable form by the Manifesto, they “struggle to achieve the immediate aims and interests of the working class, but in the present movement they represent at the same time the future of the movement itself. They work to awaken in the workers the conscience, as clear as possible, of the hostile antagonism existing between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat, so that the workers can convert into direct weapons against the bourgeoisie the social and political conditions”.

“The communists everywhere support every revolutionary movement against the existing social and political conditions and in all these movements stress the question of the ownership of capital as a fundamental problem”.

“The Communists - today more than ever teach us Marx and Engels - disdain to hide their opinions and their intentions and openly declare that their objectives can be achieved through the violent overthrow of the whole social order existing ... because the proletarians they have nothing to lose but their chains and have a world to win”.

Capitalism, analyzed by Marx, who has become imperialism in Lenin's development, continues to go through a profound economic crisis and unload it on the proletarians and peoples of the world.

They speak of "recovery" but the only thing that resumes is the race for profits, wealth and armaments.

For the proletarians and the popular masses we have unemployment, precariousness, exploitation and slavery, poverty, robbery of raw materials and energy resources, devastation of the environment and territories.

Against this situation, proletarians and popular masses rebel in imperialist countries as in the countries oppressed by imperialism.

To the rebellions of the proletarians and the oppressed peoples, the imperialist bourgeoisie and the ruling classes enslaved to them in the countries oppressed by imperialism, oppose repression and massacres. States go through always more reaction and fascism.

Proletarians and peoples resist and develop their struggles and popular wars to affirm the revolution as the main trend.

The imperialist bourgeoisies and the reactionary states enslaved to them intensify the inter-imperialist quarrels, unleash commercial and through a third party wars, revive the tendency towards a new world war of division.

To the imperialist war one can only oppose the transformation of the imperialist war into a revolutionary civil war and the development on an international scale of popular wars.

Against the way of the revolution is opposed within the workers' and popular movement, the path of reformism, the path pursued by revisionists and social democrats, to reconcile with governments and imperialist states and to favor the realization of their plans.
In front of the crisis of reformism, social democracy and revisionism, new populist electoral forces that use reactionary demagogy to divide the masses and take them to the chariot of the ruling classes are advanced in the interest of the bourgeoisie and the imperialist states. Populism fuels fascism and neo-Nazism.

Communists and avant-garde proletarians work to turn the rebellion of the masses into a victorious revolution, of New Democracy in the countries oppressed by imperialism marching towards socialism, and in proletarian and socialist revolutions in imperialist countries marching towards communism. The communists, based on the ideas of Marx, Lenin and Mao applied to the concrete reality of each country, build and develop new genuine revolutionary communist parties, united fronts directed by the proletariat of all the exploited and oppressed masses, combat forces and revolutionary and popular armies.

Only where the masses have these instruments, their heroic and generous struggles can win.

On a world scale, the popular wars led by the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist parties are the decisive and essential strategic indication.

The people's war in India, directly affecting one of the main bastions of imperialism and reaction in the world, is a powerful reference point, along with popular wars in the Philippines, Peru, Turkey. Today they concretely show the way to overthrow the system of exploitation and oppression of imperialism and of all reactionary reactionary forces, for the construction of a new power and a new society.

The mlm communists must unite and strengthen their unity, freeing the ranks of the international communist movement from revisionist and capitulationist tendencies, without at the same time falling into the sterility of petty bourgeois revolutionism, of dogmatism.

The construction of the communist parties is only possible in the fire of the class struggle in close connection with the masses, as a function of the authentic revolutionary struggle for power.

In the 200th anniversary of the birth of K.MARX we declare with force
Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is the Marxism of our age! The essential basis for the unity of communists all over the world.
“Proletarians of all countries, Unite!” the great slogan indicated by Marx, it is the red flag of proletarian internationalism, it is the weapon for the construction of a new Communist International.

An International Conference needs for building a new mlm international organisation, after the collapse of the RIM. All marxist-leninist-maoist parties and organisations must be invited, a balance and a debate must be realized, a two line struggle must be conduct, a new unity gained.
The future of communism is in our hands.

200 Years: Speech of the Maoist Communist Party of the French State

In the following we document the english translation of the speech held by the comrades of the Maoist Communist Party of the French State to the international celebration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Karl Marx.

Comrades,

The Maoist Communist Party of the French State is honored to participate in this great international celebration for the 200 years of Karl Marx. We send our thanks to the organizers of this day, and we send our warmest greetings to all Marxist-Leninist-Maoist organizations of the oppressed and imperialist countries and their heroic masses.

In the mid-nineteenth century, the working class emerged as a class in its own right. After various bourgeois revolutions that shook the world in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, Marx and Engels analyzed the rise of this class and especially its historical role. They thus demonstrated that the bourgeoisie had gone from a progressive class (through its role in the abolition of feudalism) to a reactionary class, which could no longer be the driving force of social progress. This revolutionary historical role was now in the hands of the proletariat. Marx, supported by Engels, laid the foundations for the scientific ideology of the revolutionary proletariat. These bases are in philosophy the dialectical materialism which constitutes the point of view of the proletariat in its analysis of the world, with the discovery of the fundamental laws which govern human history; in political economy the discovery of the nature of capitalist exploitation and the contradictions of the capitalist mode of production ; in organization, tactics and strategies of struggle of the proletariat, the construction of the first International, the Manifesto of the Communist Party and drawing lessons from the Paris Commune of 1871 - take political power by violent revolution and use the dictatorship of the proletariat to achieve a classless society. This set is what is called Marxism, the first stage of the revolutionary ideology of the proletariat.

« The weapons used by the bourgeoisie to defeat feudalism are now turning against itself. But the bourgeoisie has not only forged the weapons that will put it to death: it has also produced the men who will handle these weapons - the modern workers, the proletarians. » Manifesto of the Communist Party.

Later, Lenin developed Marxism at a higher stage during the experience of the revolutionary movement in Russia and in the international struggle against revisionism. Lenin thus analyzed the development of capitalism as being at its highest stage : imperialism. He developed the necessity of the new-type Party, the Communist Party, as an indispensable tool for the revolution. He then concretely realized the dictatorship of the proletariat on the scale of an entire country, the first proletarian revolutionary practical experience at this level. The echo of October Revolution throughout the world unified the struggles of the oppressed peoples and the world proletarian revolution. The Communist International has been formed. These developments, among others, constitute Marxism-Leninism, the seond stage of the revolutionary ideology of the proletariat.

After Lenin's death, Stalin continued the construction of socialism in the USSR under difficult and previously unknown conditions and led the masses of the USSR to victory against the Nazis in the Second World War. He has worked extensively for the recognition of Marxism-Leninism as a revolutionary ideology of the proletariat.

Finally, Mao Zedong, during the long revolutionary struggle for the seizure of power in China, for the construction of socialism, in the struggle against modern revisionism and in the struggle against the restoration of capitalism, developed Marxism-Leninism in a higher stage. Mao developed the three components of Marxism - philosophy, political economy, and scientific socialism.

Mao also theorized the development of the three instruments for the success of the revolution : the Party, the United Front and the People's Army. The Party is central and it is always the Party that commands the rifle. Mao Zedong initiated and directed the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution which was a great leap forward in the exercise of the dictatorship of the proletariat. Hundreds of millions of people have risen up to overthrow capitalist leaders who have emerged in the socialist society and who have been particularly focused on the leadership of the Party itself (such as Liou Chao-chi, Lin Piao and Deng Xiaoping).

Mao led the proletariat and the masses in their confrontation with the leaders on the path of capitalism to impose the interests, the point of view and the will of the vast majority in all areas which, even in socialist society, had remained the preserve of the exploiting classes and their way of thinking.

The great victories won during the Cultural Revolution have prevented the restoration of capitalism in China for a decade and have led to great socialist transformations in the economic base as in education, literature and art, scientific research and the other areas of the superstructure.

Under the leadership of Mao, the masses have turned back the old humus that breeds capitalism - such as bourgeois right and the three great differences between city and country, between workers and peasants, and between intellectual work and manual labor.

The Cultural Revolution was conducted as an integral part of the proletariat's international struggle and was a school of proletarian internationalism. The Communist Party of Peru has affirmed that Maoism forms the third milestone of Marxism, it has elevated Marxism Leninism maoism, mainly maoism as an international ideology of proletariat. Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is a living ideology, it is a guide for action, it is the ideology of the proletariat, making it possible to understand society from its point of view as a class with a view to transforming it. The development of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist parties and organizations in the world today, including in the imperialist countries, is a testament to its timeliness, vitality and relevance in facing the revolutionary challenge we face.

Since the 1970s, in the imperialist countries, capitalism has undergone major resstructurations : that is the capitalists of the dominant countries have begun to modify and reorganize the production tool - factories, transport and companies in general. This has led to a decline in the living conditions of workers in general, to a stabilization of management classes and to a rapid enrichment of the bourgeoisie, which is still more powerful. It also depleted the proletariat and destroyed many social links, by multiplying so-called "atypical" hours (night hours, staggered hours, Sunday work ...). There is a real desire to atomise the proletariat by individualizing wages, dismantling large production sites to favor subcontracting, new management techniques and precarious contracts : breaking the class unity of the proletariat was a necessary objective for the bourgeoisie to continue to maintain profit rate by deepening the exploitation.

This is also paid for by the masses of the oppressed countries, who are suffering French imperialism, ever more violent and more aggressive at a time when inter-imperialist contradictions are sharpening for the redistribution of the world.
The contradictions of our society are hardening : the masses are moving. There can be no oppression without resistance! That is why the Maoist Communist Party was founded : For giving the masses a fighting tool as effective as possible, to serve the people in these difficult times, to try to build a headquarters of the Revolution capable of sweeping away this system that proletarians doesn't want. Communists will, in the period that open in front of us, go into the people, learn the struggles of the proletariat and strengthen their instruments of struggle.

The actual crisis  leading imperialism to be more and more aggressive. The installation is felt both inside and outside. Inside, a preventive counter-revolution and a militarization of society are needed to prepare and promote the war abroad. The state of permanent emergency is a perfect example : the rights of justice are reduced, and those of the repressive arsenal are greatly increased.
While the war in Libya was a disaster for the Libyan people, it is now in a Syria ravaged by inter-imperialist conflict that the bourgeois government has decided to reinforce its intervention alongside Donald Trump and Theresa May. In the partition-repartition of  Mashrek between rival imperialists, France isn't ready to miss its chance. In spite of course of oppressed nations, ravaged by a carpet of bombs.

Elsewhere, it was during the visit to Burkina Fasso that the French government showed its true face. In an oppressed country where industry, banking and services are almost entirely owned by French capital, Emmanuel Macron behaved like a real colonist, not hesitating to make fun of President Burkinabe Roch Kaboré and insistent  on the fact that France was going to strengthen its grip. Faced with Burkinabe students questioning him about the presence of French soldiers on the soil of Burkina Faso, he didn't hesitate to answer them that they owed only respect to the French army.

France is today the third arms dealer in the world, among these lucrative contracts concluded by French imperialism there is for example that concluded with Saudi Arabia. In an impassioned joke, Minister Florence Parly even allowed herself to say, speaking of the weapons used by Saudi Arabia during the massacres in Yemen, that "Weapons weren't made to be used." to serve. The imperialist government does not hesitate to sell arms to the ultra-reactionary government of Saudi Arabia, nor to the fascist government of Modi in India, which has sent a million and a half soldiers, police and militia to wage war against its own people and the People's War led by the Maoist Communist Party of India. While everyone sees the tension rising between India and its Pakistani neighbor, selling arms to an expansionist country is criminal. The crimes of imperialism are numerous, but we will not be able to name them all. During his visit to India where Macron re-affirmed its proximity to the reactionary regime of Modi, he also made the perfect sale representative of Areva by advancing the possibility of selling nuclear reactors to India. French imperialism is thus reinforced, as the Indian example shows, by the exploitation of resources, as does Lafarge, but also by the trade of nuclear reactors and Rafales, french avitation fighters.

While the Macron government, which ran as "neither right-wing nor left-wing" in the presidential elections, was already sowing doubt by its reactionary composition (former opponents of marriage for all, ultra-reactionary remarks about women and immigrants), the Macron government appears more and more as a "hard" right showing the real Macron project that had already been widely previewed in the presidential elections.

While the condition of proletarian women is getting worse, with the rise of different forms of unemployment, the more overwhelming weight of domestic chores and the increase of social violence, which affects them mainly, no action has been taken by this government. On the contrary, Emmanuel Macron didn't hesitate to present himself alongside reactionary Bishops and to say to them his vows to renew the link between Church and State. The president's racist and paternalistic statements about the suburbs and the proletarian masses of immigrant origin are also noteworthy. The increase in the cops power, and the violence they inflict on the masses of working-class neighborhoods, is clearly visible.
Finally, it's a very reactionary government who's in  the head of the state : and this is normal, since the bourgeois system can not do anything more progressive, its only way of governing today is to appeal to ever more reactionary forces, hence the inexorable rise of fascism.

However, the masses don't give upand raise their heads as for example during the rebellion of the suburbs of 2006, and the great social movements of the last year. Outside French metropolis, in the Myotte colony, general strikes multiply. This massive resistance is an example for us, an example for all those who want to advance in the resistance. The economy crashes, destroying the profit of the exploiters of the bourgeois imperialist and its comprador allies.
This resistance, which starts from the proletariat and extends into the masses, sees its opposite grow with it : the repression becomes more fierce and the fascist organized bands begin to structure themselves, to serve as the armed arm of the reactionary government - which they claim struggle against.

In this situation, the communists can only take part in all the fighting, without ever falling into purism, dogmatism or blind following. If the masses make mistakes and learn in the fight, it's exactly the same for us. We first learn about these fights. We learn that everywhere there is oppression, there is resistance. We learn the methods of action. We also learn what are the embryos of popular power in the masses.

The contradiction between the imperialist system and the popular masses, between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat, hardens, becomes ever more visible and ever more violent ; only revolution can really change the situation of the proletarians and all the oppressed people.

Lenin says, in The Tasks of the Proletariat in Our Revolution, that « There is one, and only one, kind of real internationalism, and that is—working whole-heartedly for the development of the revolutionary movement and the revolutionary struggle in one’s own country, and supporting (by propaganda, sympathy, and material aid) this struggle, this, and only this, line, in every country without exception.»

Long live Marxism Leninism Maoism, mainly Maoism!
Long live the struggle of the heroic masses!

Según informes de agencias, la huelga general convocada por el Partido Comunista de la India (maoísta) para protestar contra el llamado proyecto de irrigación Polavaram, en Andhra Pradesh, paralizo totalmente el distrito de Malkangiri el pasado día 20 julio.
Los autobuses de la Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC), no circularon por motivos de seguridad, según una nota de la corporación
Los autobuses privados y otros vehículos tampoco funcionaron, así como la actividad laboral, comercial y educativa. Solo estaban autorizado el paso de ambulancias o servicios de urgencia.
Este exitoso bandh seguido ampliamente por las masas populares es un claro ejemplo del rechazo al proyecto Polavaram y al puente Gurupriya en el distrito de Malkangiri.
No se reportan incidentes.

GALIZA: Declaración del CC do PCm-Galiza condena energicamente condena a 23 jovenes activistas en Brasil. (Versión en castellano)

Declaración.

Frente a la condena a 9 años de prisión, dada a conocer el pasado 17 de julio, de 23 activistas que participaron en las movilizaciones contra el mundial de la FIFA en 2013 y su nefasta y corrupta gestión, queremos tomar posición pública y manifestar:

.    Nuestro total repudio a la sentencia dictada por los tribunales burgueses del viejo y corrupto estado de Brasil, que pretende acallar con violencia y represión las justas protestas masas populares comprometidas con una nueva sociedad. Pretenden, en su deriva neo-fascista poner fin a sus propios derechos democráticos, como el de manifestación o de expresión. Les decimos; no tienen legitimidad alguna sus sentencias, que más temprano que tarde serán barridas por las masas.

.    Nuestro total y pleno respaldo y solidaridad a las compañeras y compañeros represaliados y en particular con el camarada Igor Mendes, conocido luchador por los Derechos del Pueblo, así como al llamado a la movilización hecho por 13 de los condenados. Les decimos; No estáis solos! representáis una firme bandera de roja lucha por una nueva democracia.

    Hacemos un enérgico llamamiento a la movilización internacional de las fuerzas revolucionarias y democráticas contra esta nueva acción represiva del régimen de Tamer, que es el de la odiosa oligarquía brasileña, que pretende liquidar al movimiento popular.

FOR THE UNITY ON THE IDEOLOGY IN THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNIST MOVEMENT

We express our warmest greetings to our almighty ideology of the proletariat, marxism-leninism-maoism, principally maoism; to Gonzalo Thought and its contributions to marxism-leninism-maoism. The People’s Wars that is being waged in India, Turkey, Philippines and Peru. To all Parties and Organizations present in this transcendental event for the international proletariat; we greet the International Communist Movement that in the midst of an incontrovertible two lines struggle is developing an important and relentless struggle against the neo revisionism presented by the rats Avakian and Prachanda, who de facto brought the Revolutionary Internationalist Movement (RIM) to its liquidation; to the right opportunist lines in Peru that turned into enemies of the class, the People’s War in Peru and of maxism-leninism-maoism in the world.

We renew our commitment to defend the life of Chairman Gonzalo, great leadership of CPP, of the People’s War in Peru and of the contributions to maoism with Gonzalo thought; a greet in particular to the comrades of the Committee Red Flag from Germany, its leaders, cadres and militants, who in the current circumstances organized this meeting and persist on holding high the invincible banner of marxism-leninism-maoism, of gonzalo thought and the People’s War as strategy of the power of the proletariat until communism.

The crisis of imperialism shows before the peoples of the world that this is incompatible with the progress of humanity, however, today it opposes to revolution with all possible means and try to avoid its definitive bankruptcy. Genocides, pit people against people, unleash the most horrible brutality like the one evident in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Palestine and others, these are the palpable evidence of what imperialism is ready to do to materialize its survival and concrete the new repartition of the planet. No method, no matter how cruel and pragmatic it is, is strange to its counterrevolutionary goals. It was like this yesterday, is like this today and like this will be forever. Because of this, to counter reactionary, imperialist, violence with revolutionary violence is justified and what we who are for revolution must do.  Any other idea does not fit to our class conception, does not correspond to marxism-leninism-maoism.

Just like it can not be other way, the inter-imperialist contradictions also are recreated and manifest in Equator, and in this opportunity, with the haste and outrage of the Yankee imperialist superpower that tries to consolidate positions that allow them to recover Latin America as its indispensable rearguard, has targeted our country to be converted into a strategic support to the consolidated plans together with Colombia (lackeys of imperialism and the OTAN in South America) to control the region in the new political geometry brought by the imperialist powers of the world.  

In this context, a series of contradictions were fomented in the country that led us to live situations of direct confrontation with the enemy, deeds that little by little are marking a new scenery of bloody struggle not only for the communists and the people of Equator, but for the international proletariat.
Comrades, for many months we worked in the possibility to be together with you in this valuable event to forge the unity on the ideology of the international proletariat, the struggle for the united international conference of a new type, however, to move in the current circumstances to attend to a meeting demands efforts in all levels, resources and security elements that today should be adjusted to the priority that our party has in the handling of our difficult scenery in the strategic plan to prepare and develop the People’s War.

In every way, we allow ourselves to reaffirm our deep subjection to all decisions that the meeting takes always and when the ideological unity of the international proletariat is reaffirmed and pointed. In the acknowledgement and militant support to the People’s Wars in India, Philippines, Turkey and Peru. The firm and incontrovertible struggle against the neo revisionism showed by the reactionary hoax and mamotreto de marras of avakianism, prachandaism and right opportunist line that manifests not only in Peru but already given means to approach and impinge against the People's War in the countries where the proletariat is waging it.

Although is certain what was presented in the previous paragraph and that we understand that  it can not be but the product of two lines struggle, criticism, self-criticism, and that enunciate the elements that we consider key in unity of the International Communist Movement, we allow ourselves to manifest our firm and absolute acknowledgement of the great leadership of Chairman Gonzalo and the People’s War in Peru, Gonzalo thought and its contributions to marxism-leninism-maoism. We insist in this last speech for considering it vital facing the development of the People’s War in Peru and its influence in the People’s Wars that today are developed and prepared in the world.

The acknowledgement of gonzalo thought and the great leadership of Chairman Gonzalo is an acknowledgement of the necessity to follow the task that not only is up to the proletariat in Peru of the general reorganization of CPP in the midst of the People’s War to victoriously carry on forward until the seizure of power in the whole country, culminate the democratic revolution of a new type, resume the war until communism, but it is also related with the tasks that the proletariat in all countries to carry on, countries which in preponderant way has some sort of identity, with similar characteristics, above all the ones characterized as semifeudal and semicolonial.

We have seen in many sceneries. In Brazil, even in Peru, in Chile, Bolivia, Equator, Colombia, Mexico and other many countries where communists build or reconstitute parties with solid ideological base, MLM, but they were only able to take leaps of giants while adjusting its processes of construction or ideological regrouping while also having ideological and Gonzalo thought grounds and the defense of the great leadership of Chairman Gonzalo as the great leader of the revolution in Peru. It is the most important, but it is the same in Germany and Austria, where this element is put in  bigger tension, because Germany is an imperialist monster and Austria is far from being a semifeudal country, anyways, the communists while embracing Gonzalo Thought have also succeed to excel on building the instruments of basic organization of the proletariat to advance on its strategic purposes of seizing power. And the facts speak for themselves, there are progresses, we are gaining borders against the reaction and will not take long that with all this ideological arsenal we will scourge the People’s Wars in the world and will not leave any remnant of imperialism neither stone over stone of the old power, the reaction and its strategic ally: revisionism.

Gonzalo thought has been something more that incidental in our countries, it has been determinant to leave old practices behind that in one or another way have let us to centrism, staticism, petty bourgeois militarism, to be permeable to avakianism, to prachandaism; to understand in better and larger way how revisionism of a new type drags the class and the peoples to capitulation, to transit the bureaucratic road, of guerrilla errantism that embraces opportunist and revisionist old positions showed in guevaraism, bolivarism, socialism of the XXIth century, or to attempt giving new meaning to the bourgeois-landord democracy; in definitive, giving space for conclusive capitulation pushing the masses to the gorge of history.

The new great wave of the world proletarian revolution is being bred each time more powerful, and it is evident how much and in which conditions marxism-leninism-maoism is strengthened with Gonzalo thought for its development to be more decisive and with greater capacity to resist the strongest storms breed by imperialism, the reaction and revisionism.

It is not new that we who embraces Gonzalo thought are advancing in the realm of the People’s War. This is not a product of historical causality, it is a product of the social practice; the contribution is evident, the lessons are clear and, while put into tension in the struggle to prepare the People's War, gives results. For us, the ideological struggle is inseparable from the political struggle, from the concentric construction of the three instruments and the mass work is part of the concentric construction of the three instruments of the revolution and the militarization of the Party in the midst of the construction, preparation and development of the People's War, which means, the mass work is within and for the People’s War.

Nevertheless, neither is new and also evidently result that those who embrace marxism-leninism-maoism and that once they move away and disdain gonzalo thought, Chairman Gonzalo, are expired, have stalled, pursue the retreat that the tactical goes into strategic; others have being easy prey for the right opportunist line, of the ROL and not few of the escepticismo and of the lack of communist moral that stagnated into revolutionary inactivity.
By the exposed, we mark in fire all the intent to undermine the People’s War in Peru, for not acknowledging Chairman Gonzalo as the great leader of the People’s War in Peru, Gonzalo thought and its contributions to MLM. We mark in fire all of those who undermines the ideological unity of the proletariat in marxism-leninism-maoism; the People’s Wars until communism. We mark in fire all of those who support the ROL in Peru and in any place in the world. We mark in fire the capitulation, revisionism and opportunism of any kind. We mark in fire the centrism that is always, lastly, servile to the reaction.

Comrades, we wish nothing but success in this important meeting, may the two lines struggle flourish as the only way to consolidate correct positions for the international proletariat and its transforming role for the societies until communism.

Eternal glory to the great teacher of the international proletariat - Karl Marx!

We commemorate the founder of communist ideology Karl Marx in 200th year of his birth. Long live Karl Marx!

Marx was as Lenin said: “Marx was the genius who continued and consummated the three main ideological currents of the 19th century, as represented by the three most advanced countries of mankind: classical German philosophy, classical English political economy, and French socialism combined with French revolutionary doctrines in general.”

As a result of exploitation, oppression and the policy of war by the barbaric, capitalist-imperialist system the working class and the poor peoples of the world are subjected to misery, destruction and poverty. The continued competition of the imperialist enterprises and anarchy of production are triggers of the crisis. The capital sparks wars in the struggle for markets in which they murder, force in even deeper poverty and force to flee millions of oppressed. Marxism says: “The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles.” (Manifesto of the Communist Party, 1847) and therefore found the key to the destruction of the power which leads the laws of this maze and this chaos. Namely he showed the theory of class struggle and opened this road!

Marx did not just show how liberation can be achieved. He also showed the international proletariat with his words “The weapon of criticism cannot, of course, replace criticism of the weapon, material force must be overthrown by material force; but theory also becomes a material force as soon as it has gripped the masses.”(Introduction to Critique of Hegels philosophy of right, 1844) that only the role of violence in history is mandatory and can change it.

Marxism is not just a theory. It is the directory of the proletariat in class struggle. It is a revolutionary weapon in the hands of the class conscious proletariat against all who want to deviate the revolutionary struggles for socialism and communism from their path, against all who want to poison the working class and the oppressed masses with their  revisionist and opportunist thoughts and who oppose or cover up the revolutionary dictatorship of the proletariat, therefore against all pessimistic, “peaceful” and “class”compromising bourgeois currents. Marxism did not stay limited to the teachings of Marx. It has developed in class struggle of the proletariat and for the political power through the unique contributions of Lenin and Chairman Mao in to Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. If today one does not opine Maoism, one can not understand Marx and therefore it is impossible to lead the struggle for political power of the proletariat. We experience the excitement and honor to celebrate the 200th birthday of Karl Marx with a Marxist-Leninist and Maoist understanding and advance determinedly on the path of socialism and communism. The invincible teacher of the working class,  the theoretical leader of communism ignited  the struggle against the capitalist system with his work “The Capital”. He is alive in the struggle which is waged by the working class and the oppressed peoples for socialism and communism!

In his 65th year Karl Marx developed dozens of scientific works. First of all “The Capital”. The teachings of Karl Marx on his 200th birthday show the road of struggle in the struggle of humankind for a classless, borderless new world without exploitation.

We as the organization of the communists from Turkey and Turkey-Kurdistan. The Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist-Leninist consider Marxism-Leninism-Maoism the directory in our struggle for revolution, socialism and communism in Turkey.

 “The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They openly declare that their ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes tremble at a Communistic revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win. Proletarians of all countries, unite!” (Manifesto of the Communist Party, 1847)

INDIA: Nuevo enfrentamiento en el distrito de Kanker deja dos muertos entre las fuerzas represivas.

Medios de prensa india (The Pionner) informan de un nuevo enfrentamiento entre unidades del Ejercito Guerrillero Popular de Liberación y mercenarios de la Border Security Force (BSF) en el distrito de Kanker, Bastar, el pasado domingo.
Fuerzas represivas pertenecientes al 114 batallón de la BSF, que regresaban de una patrulla anti-maoísta, calleron en una emboscada naxalita en la boscosa zona de la aldea de Barkot, cercana a la base de las BSF, entablandose un breve pero violento fuego de armas automaticas.
Cuando los maoístas se replegarón hacia el interior del bosque, las fuerzas represivas habian perdido a dos de sus miembros y un tercero gravemente herido, que fue trasladado vía aerea a un hospital de Raipur.  
El satrapa Raman Singh ha expresado su profunda pena por la muerte de dos policías de BSF el domingo. En su mensaje, el primer ministro condenó el ataque de los maoístas. Singh expresó su profunda simpatía por las familias de los soldados que calificó como "mártires".

INDIA: El PCI (maoísta) llama a un Bandh de 24 horas en Malkangiri mañana día 20 de julio.

Fuentes de la prensa india informa del llamamiento hecho por el clandestino Partido Comunista de la India (maoísta) para un Malkangiri Bandh para mañana día 20 de julio, en protesta contra el controvertido proyecto de irrigación de Polavaram.
El llamamiento hecho por el Comité Divisional de la Frontera Malkangiri-Koraput-Visakhapatnam (MKVB) del PCI (Maoísta) también instó a las personas afectadas por el proyecto a presentarse y luchar contra la construcción de la presa. "El proyecto de la represa Polavaram desplazará a dalits, tribales, pobres y marginados de la región en beneficio de la clase dominante, los capitalistas y la élite. Para oponerse a este proyecto, hemos pedido un Malkangiri Bandh el 20 de julio ", dijo el secretario de MKVB, camarada Benu, en un comunicado de prensa. "Hacemos un llamamiento a todas las personas afectadas para que se unan y observen el estricto bandh el 20 de julio", agregó, alegando que el proyecto era contrario a las masas populares.
El 13 de julio, la división MKVB colocó varios carteles en diferentes lugares del bloque Chitrakonda en el distrito opuesto al proyecto Polavaram. Los rebeldes rojos quieren detener el proyecto en beneficio de sistemas de irrigación locales.

NOTAS DOS ATIVISTAS CONDENADOS POR CONTA DAS MANIFESTAÇÕES DE 2013/2014

Companheiras e companheiros, segue adiante nota de repúdio assinada por 13 dos 23 ativistas que foram condenados devido a participação nos protestos de junho de 2013 e contra a farra da FIFA.

Ontem, 17/07, o juiz Flávio Itabaiana de Oliveira Nicolau finalmente entregou o serviço para o qual foi escalado por Sérgio Cabral há quatro anos atrás: condenou todos os 23 ativistas envolvidos nos protestos contra a farra da FIFA a penas que vão de 5 a 13 anos de prisão, em regime inicialmente fechado.

Quais crimes nós cometemos?

Ousamos denunciar os desmandos de Sérgio Cabral, Pezão & CIA, acobertados todo o tempo por parte do Poder Judiciário e do Ministério Público do Rio?

Ousamos denunciar a farra da Copa da FIFA, cujo único “legado” que restou para o povo foram os escombros das comunidades removidas e a quebradeira dos serviços públicos?

Ousamos participar, como estudantes e trabalhadores, ombro a ombro com milhões de pessoas nas maiores manifestações de massas da história recente do país?

Ousamos atuar ao lado de movimentos populares independentes, que não se curvam ou se vendem às “tenebrosas transações” da politicalha oficial que nos desgoverna, cujos maiores símbolos são Pezão e Temer?

Se disso nos acusam, temos que aceitar com orgulho o que dizem os nossos algozes. Porque foi isso mesmo que fizemos, ou seja, lutamos. Todos precisam compreender que é a toda nossa geração que buscam condenar e intimidar com esta sentença infame. Mas não conseguirão: carregamos a teimosia própria dos que insistem em ter fé na vida, fé na luta, fé no povo. A teimosia dos milhares que marcharam na Praça Saens Peña, no dia da final da Copa do Mundo, apenas algumas horas depois que dezenas de ativistas foram presos e enviados para Bangu. Nós temos lado, e este não é o lado da casa grande. Se disso nos acusam, muito obrigado, pois.

Com esta sentença, o Sr. Itabaiana entra para a história pela porta dos fundos. Será sempre lembrado como aquele que perseguiu de modo implacável a juventude de junho de 2013. Que fique registrado: o que se fez no Rio de Janeiro, quanto aos procedimentos persecutórios, prisões abusivas, invasões de residências, infiltração ilegal, grampos de advogados a até uma “delação premiada informal” (a do sabujo Felipe Braz, cujo depoimento é praticamente a única “prova” apresentada para nos condenar) não teve par em nenhum outro lugar do Brasil. Talvez os carrascos se orgulhem do seu serviço; a esse “orgulho” nós achamos mais coerente chamar: VERGONHA!

Sim, porque é vergonhoso que os manifestantes contra a farra da FIFA sejam condenados, quando hoje grande parte dos próprios organizadores da Copa estão presos! Quando o ex-governador que nos reprimiu com selvageria está preso! Quando o país é levado à beira da fome e da devastação social pelos mesmos vampiros que tremeram de ódio quando a juventude tomou as ruas! Quando a Rede Globo, que nos perseguiu, ainda não explicou as suas negociatas em torno dos megaeventos!

Alguma palavra sobre a “conduta reprovável” e “personalidade distorcida” dessas pessoas, senhor juiz?

Reafirmamos o que dissemos ao longo de todos estes anos: LUTAR NÃO É CRIME! Crime é o estado de calamidade oferecido ao povo na fila dos hospitais, crime é a falta de vaga nas creches, crime são os ônibus caros e superlotados, crime é o que se pratica diariamente nas favelas, ensanguentadas pelo genocídio do povo preto e pobre. Isto é crime! E estes crimes, tenham certeza, não ficarão impunes para sempre.

Em tempos de sérios ataques aos direitos trabalhistas e sociais, é fundamental desfraldar bem alto as bandeiras da liberdade de expressão e de manifestação, sem as quais nenhum outro direito pode ser defendido, muito menos conquistado. Isso é ainda mais importante quando o Rio se vê sob uma intervenção militar, e assistimos quase diariamente oficiais discursando abertamente sobre a possibilidade de um golpe militar no país. Conclamamos todos/as os/as lutadores/as, trabalhadores/as, estudantes, coletivos, ativistas, intelectuais e democratas a se manifestarem nessa campanha. Não é só pelos 23: é por todos os que lutam!

Lutar não é crime!

Fascistas, hoje e sempre: não passarão!
