—DECLARATION—
All
the imperialist countries proclaim to be defenders of freedom,
democracy and world peace. They all pretext to fight against
dictatorships and international terrorism. But indeed they are the
worst terrorist dictators in the world. They speak about peace but
frantically prepare for a new war of global robbery. They strengthen
the arms industry. They increase their arsenals. They mobilize huge
war machines mainly towards Eastern Europe. They sponsor the already
prolonged wars against the peoples of Palestine, Syria, Yemen. They
are inciting the outbreak of new reactionary wars in the Taiwan
Strait, on the Korean peninsula, in the East China Sea, on the
Ukrainian-Belarus border, on the sea border between Greece and
Turkey. NATO, commanded by Yankee imperialism, in Ukraine through the
puppet regime of Kiev, confronts its mercenary armies, weapons and
military chiefs, with the military might of Russian imperialism. Both
sides concoct pretexts to use nuclear weapons. The inter-imperialist
contradictions sharpened to the point that a new nuclear world war is
no longer a latent imperialist danger, but an imminent risk for the
existence of world society and its habitat.
The
world imperialist system, decadent and decomposed, in its inevitable
one-way march towards the grave, has unloaded on society the terrible
consequences of the increasingly acute world economic crisis, and
with it, has extended and deepened in all continents social, health
and environmental crises. For the insatiable imperialists, the
monopolization and accumulation of capital at the cost of the global
exploitation of social labor, the usurious export of financial
capital, the destruction of nature, the plundering of the oppressed
countries, is not enough. The crises of their system, mainly the
economic one, impel the imperialists to carry out a new division of
the already divided world. A new division that can only be achieved
by economic force, financial force, military force, the force of the
world war between a few imperialist countries in decline and others
fighting for world hegemony, as a product of the inexorable economic
law of the uneven development of the imperialist countries.
But
the same economic and social causes that push the imperialists to
wars of robbery, become unlivable, unbearable material conditions for
the slaves of capital, material conditions of the rebellion of the
exploited proletarians, peoples, nations and countries oppressed by
the monopolies and imperialist countries. And it is up to the
International Communist Movement to bring them the revolutionary
conscience, organize and transform the rebellions into a
revolutionary struggle against the common enemy: the world capitalist
system of oppression and exploitation.
It
is up to the communists to give an example of internationalist unity
and struggle against the preparations for a new imperialist world
carnage; join and coordinate efforts to promote the revolutionary
struggle of the proletarian armies in all countries against the
mobilization of troops and weapons for reactionary wars; construct a
common front with all the revolutionaries and democratic sectors that
oppose the support and military commitment of the lackey regimes with
their imperialist masters; reject and denounce as traitors the
opportunist satraps who, in the name of the proletariat and the
peoples, give support to one of the imperialist factions, when they
are all deadly enemies of the oppressed and exploited of the world;
relentlessly support the revolutionary struggle led by genuine
Marxist-Leninist-Maoist communists, mainly the people's war in India
that, together with other people's wars, today are the vanguard of
the World Proletarian Revolution, against imperialism and its
reactionary national watchdogs.
Imperialist
capitalism is in crisis! Long live Socialism and Communism!
Or
the revolution stops the war or the war unleashes the revolution!

LA LUCHA REVOLUCIONARIA CONTRA LOS PREPARATIVOS DE GUERRA MUNDIAL
IMPERIALISTA!
—DECLARACIÓN—
Todos los países imperialistas se proclaman
defensores de la libertad, la democracia y la paz mundial. Todos
pretextan luchar contra las dictaduras y el terrorismo internacional.
Pero en realidad son ellos los peores terroristas dictadores en el
mundo. Hablan de paz pero se preparan febrilmente para una nueva
guerra de rapiña mundial. Fortalecen la industria armamentista.
Agigantan sus arsenales. Movilizan descomunales máquinas de guerra
principalmente hacia el Este de Europa. Patrocinan las ya prolongadas
guerras contra los pueblos de Palestina, Siria, Yemen. Incitan al
estallido de nuevas guerras reaccionarias en el estrecho de Taiwan,
en la península de Corea, en el Mar de la China oriental, en la
frontera de Ucrania con Bielorrusia, en la frontera marítima entre
Grecia y Turquía. La OTAN comandada por el imperialismo yanqui, en
Ucrania a través del régimen títere de Kiev enfrenta sus ejércitos
mercenarios, armamentos y jefes militares, al poderío militar del
imperialismo ruso. De lado y lado urden pretextos para usar armas
nucleares. Las contradicciones inter-imperialistas se han ido
exacerbando hasta un punto, donde una nueva guerra mundial con armas
nucleares, ya no solo es un peligro imperialista latente, sino un
peligro inminente para la existencia de la sociedad mundial y de su
hábitat.
El sistema imperialista mundial, decadente y
descompuesto, en su inevitable marcha de no retorno hacia la
sepultura, ha descargado sobre la sociedad las terribles
consecuencias de la cada vez más aguda crisis económica mundial, y
con ella, ha extendido y profundizado en todos los continentes las
crisis social, sanitaria y ambiental. No basta para los insaciables
imperialistas la monopolización y acumulación de capital a cuenta
de la explotación mundial del trabajo social, de la usurera
exportación del capital financiero, de la destrucción de la
naturaleza, del saqueo de los países oprimidos. Las crisis de su
sistema, principalmente la económica, impele a los imperialistas a
realizar un nuevo reparto territorial del mundo ya repartido. Un
nuevo reparto que solo puede hacerse por la fuerza económica, la
fuerza financiera, la fuerza militar, la fuerza de la guerra mundial,
entre unos países imperialistas que ruedan hacia la decadencia, y
otros que lucha por la hegemonía mundial, como producto de la
inexorable ley económica del desarrollo desigual de los países
imperialistas.
Pero las mismas causas económicas y sociales que
empujan a los imperialistas a las guerras de rapiña, se convierten
en condiciones materiales invivibles, insoportables, para los
esclavos del capital, condiciones materiales de la rebelión de los
proletarios, pueblos, naciones y países explotados y oprimidos por
los monopolios y países imperialistas. Y corresponde al Movimiento
Comunista Internacional llevarles la conciencia revolucionaria,
organizar y transformar las rebeliones en lucha revolucionaria contra
el enemigo común: el sistema de la opresión y la explotación
mundial capitalista.
Corresponde a los comunistas dar ejemplo de unidad
y lucha internacionalista en rechazo a los preparativos de una nueva
carnicería mundial imperialista; juntar y coordinar esfuerzos para
promover la lucha revolucionaria de los ejércitos proletarios en
todos los países contra la movilización de tropas y armamento para
las guerras reaccionarias; hacer frente común con todos los
revolucionarios y sectores democráticos que se opongan al apoyo y
compromiso militar de los regímenes lacayos con sus amos
imperialistas; rechazar y denunciar como traidores a los sátrapas
oportunistas que a nombre de proletariado y de los pueblos, dan apoyo
a alguno de los bandos imperialistas, pues todos son enemigos a
muerte de los oprimidos y explotados del mundo; apoyar sin descanso
la lucha revolucionaria dirigida por los auténticos comunistas
marxistas-leninistas-maoístas, principalmente la guerra popular en
la India, que junto con otras guerras populares, hoy son la
vanguardia de la Revolución Proletaria Mundial, contra el
imperialismo y sus cancerberos nacionales reaccionarios.
¡El capitalismo imperialista está en crisis! ¡Viva el Socialismo y
el Comunismo!
¡O la revolución detiene la guerra o la guerra desata la
revolución!
¡Proletarios y pueblos del mundo, uníos contra el imperialismo!
