BRASIL: ABRAPO E CEBRASPO DENUNCIAM GRAVES VIOLAÇÕES DOS DIREITOS DOS CAMPONESES EM RONDÔNIA - maxima solidaridad

 

 

ABRAPO - Associação Brasileira dos Advogados do Povo Gabriel Pimenta e o  CEBRASPO - Centro Brasileiro de Solidariedade aos Povos vêm denunciar e  repudiar a ação de agentes do Estado em conjunto com pistoleiros, a soldo do latifúndio,  na Área Gedeon José Duque, localizada em Machadinho d’Oeste, em Rondônia. 

Segundo denúncias do Jornal Resistência Camponesa, veiculadas no Jornal A Nova  Democracia, confirmadas pela Missão de Solidariedade realizada pelo CEBRASPO no  último fim de semana, 12 e 13 de abril de 2025, e relatos de pessoas que vistoriaram o  local, um consórcio de latifundiários, em ação combinada entre a Polícia Militar de  Rondônia e a pistolagem, que seria chefiada por Gesulino Cesar Travagine Castro, vem  praticando todo tipo de violência e arbitrariedades contra os ocupantes da área,  aparentemente, com a garantia de impunidade, e, inclusive, de forma audaciosa,  divulgando suas ações nas redes sociais. 

Esse personagem de nome Gesulino é figura conhecida e é acusado de ser o assassino e  mandante da conhecida “Chacina de Jacinópolis1”, onde 6 (seis) pessoas foram  vitimadas em 20122. 

Conforme relatos dos camponeses, no dia 9 de abril, dezenas de pistoleiros,  acompanhados pela Polícia Militar, chegaram atirando. Homens, mulheres e crianças  tiveram que correr pelo mato adentro para não serem mortos. Todos os seus barracos e  pertences foram queimados, os animais mortos a tiros e suas plantações destruídas.  Saíram da área apenas com a roupa do corpo, perdendo o pouco que tinham para  sobreviver.

Conforme o Jornal Resistência Camponesa, na notícia veiculada em 14 de abril de 2025  no portal de notícias do Jornal A Nova Democracia3:

Desde o dia 9, máquinas e tratores estão derrubando a mata de reserva localizada dentro  da Área Gedeon, enquanto grupos de pistoleiros agindo em bandos seguem destruindo  os pertences das famílias e caçando as famílias, inclusive um grupo de mulheres e  crianças segue cercado pelos pistoleiros. Enquanto o bando armado de Gesulino faz o  serviço sujo, a Polícia Militar sobrevoa a Área Gedeon com helicóptero e a Polícia Civil  e Militar de Machadinho d’Oeste e de Cujubim seguem atuando por terra em  coordenação com os pistoleiros que estão em grupos na mata. 

Ainda segundo o jornal: 

A ação da Polícia Militar e dos pistoleiros tem se expandido para as áreas vizinhas  embora não haja nenhuma operação de reintegração de posse expedida pelo judiciário de Rondônia contra essas áreas.4 

Não bastasse: 

No dia 10, pistoleiros fizeram arrastão e invadiram a casa de camponeses na Área  Gonzalo, ameaçando e agredindo vários moradores, chegaram a agarrar no pescoço de  um casal de idosos, ameaçando de morte logo em seguida caso não deixassem seu lote  imediatamente. Também no dia 10, a Polícia Militar invadiu uma parte da Área  Revolucionária Valdiro Chagas sob a justificativa de procurar camponeses que teriam  saído da Área Gedeon e que supostamente estariam sendo escondidos por outros  moradores da área vizinha. 

Até o momento nenhuma autoridade dos ditos poderes Executivo, Legislativo e  Judiciário de Rondônia se pronunciou sobre o caso. Enquanto isso, Gesulino segue  postando seus crimes em suas redes sociais, como o Instagram. No último dia 30, foi  postado um vídeo em que ele destruía a entrada da AR Gedeon, incendiando a estrutura  de vigilância da área e as faixas colocadas pela Liga dos Camponeses Pobres. Em outro  vídeo, Gesulino se vangloria da rapidez na construção de uma cerca na parte da Área  Gedeon por ele invadida. 

Camponeses também identificaram um dos pistoleiros que baleou um camponês da  Área Gedeon no dia 31, de nome Diógenes, e que seria um dos gerentes de Gesulino. O  veículo utilizado no ataque esteve junto a Polícia Militar durante a prisão do  comerciante local e segue circulando na área. Até o momento nenhuma prisão dos  autores desse crime foi realizada. 

Camponeses da região denunciam que a apreensão de armas e munições de integrantes  do grupo “Invasão Zero”, realizada pela Polícia Militar no dia 09 de abril, teria sido  apenas uma encenação, enquanto acobertavam os pistoleiros que estão na mata. Diante  de uma frota de mais 15 caminhonetes com latifundiários e capangas armados até os  dentes, o resultado da ação policial foi a apreensão de apenas 6 armas de fogo e  algumas dezenas de munições.5 

No dia 11 de abril, ocorreu outra megaoperação policial a serviço do latifúndio contra o  acampamento São Francisco, localizado na região de Nova Mutum em Porto Velho  (RO) onde foram presas pela Polícia Militar 26 pessoas, entre elas uma mulher grávida.

A operação teve início ao meio-dia e assim como na área Gedeon, não apresentaram  qualquer ordem de reintegração de posse e contou com mais de 6 (seis) viaturas, um  helicóptero e mais de 20 (vinte) policiais. Segundo os camponeses, os latifundiários  acompanharam a operação e deram ordens sobre quem deveria ser preso e quais itens  deveriam ser levados pelos policiais. As mulheres que ficaram na área foram obrigadas  a cozinhar para os policiais. No mesmo dia, os camponeses foram libertados pela ação  imediata dos advogados da ABRAPO.  

Por esse estado de coisas, vimos denunciar a escalada da violência perpetrada pelas  polícias locais e por grupos paramilitares armados, atuando como milícias privadas dos  latifundiários, situação essa que vem se verificando não só em Machadinho d’Oeste/RO, mas em várias outras regiões de Rondônia e do País, sem que os poderes constituídos  tomem as medidas cabíveis, numa omissão consciente e deliberada, consorciada com os  desígnios de grandes latifundiários do agronegócio e da extrema-direita, contra os  interesses legítimos do povo que luta por terra para nela viver e trabalhar. 

Importante, ainda, destacar que o caso não é isolado; pelo contrário, faz parte de um  movimento mais amplo de ofensiva reacionária contra camponeses em prol do  latifúndio. Nesse sentido, em 11 de abril de 2025, "Ao menos 26 pessoas, entre elas uma  mulher grávida, foram presas pela Polícia Militar (PM) de Rondônia durante uma  megaoperação policial a serviço do latifúndio contra o acampamento São Francisco,  localizado na região de Nova Mutum em Porto Velho (RO)"6. 

Na última segunda-feira, dezenas de advogados da ABRAPO e representantes do  CEBRASPO se reuniram em caráter de urgência e decidiram denunciar e levar estas  denúncias para todas as instâncias de defesa de direitos humanos nacionais e  internacionais. 

Desse modo, conclamamos todos os democratas, entidades, coletivos e pessoas  comprometidas com a luta do povo por terra, a repercutirem essas denúncias com a  finalidade de vermos cessadas essas agressões violentas, a fim de se evitar tragédias  maiores.

BRASIL: Huge campaign of support of People’s War in India and Palestinian Rsistance for the 07-12 of April International weel

During the week of the day 7-12 april, the "Novo MEPR" (New Popular Revolutionary Students Movement) with the "MRM" (Women's Revolutionary Movement) and the newsletter "Revolução Cultural" (Cultural Revolution) leaded many events in support for People's War in India and the defense of the palestine resistence. Some actions made were intense propaganda, that includes grafitti, posters and spread of the texts of the CPI (Maoist), and the event that launched the Revista Revolução Cultural.

Em meio a esta importante mobilização, fizemos o evento de lançamento de nossa Revista, ponto culminante desta jornada. Entendemos que é uma obrigação de todos os lutadores consequentes a defesa da luta do povo indiano, em particular dos indígenas Adivasis e dos revolucionários maoistas do glorioso PCI (M) que lutam ao lado do povo contra a Operação Kaagar, perpetrada pelo governo reacionário de Modi. Neste ano, Modi foi ao encontro do fascista Trump para demonstrar seu alinhamento e pedir mais bençãos na sua guerra ao próprio povo.

ITALIA: Week 07/12 of Solidarity with People’s War in India – Actions in various cities, from North to South

Long live proletarian internationalism!

In the week 7/12 of Aprile the campaign, of information and action in support of the people's war in India, united and brought alongside solidarity movement with the Palestinian people and their resistance, reached the factories, in particular at Dalmine Tenaris and Belgravia. In a union meeting materials and information on what is happening in India were brought. Talking to the workers it has made clear the class point of view about the current world situation between marked by trade war on the duties, rearmament, crises unloaded on the workers. An activity started and to be developed in other factories and areas where immigrant workers, especially from India, live.

The campaign also reached an assembly in front of the University of Bergamo called by student groups to contest the academic auhorities on the relationship with Israel.

The campaign reached Milan there on Saturday 5 April, with posters, leaflets newspaper and speeches at the pro-Palestine rally in Corvetto, the neighborhood where an Aegyptian young man was killed by the police few months ago and a strong revolt of young immigrants took place during two days. Later, at the protest march against the new of the bill on security and pro-Palestine, there were speeches and a widespread distribution of leaflets.

Finally, the campaign continued on the 12th in Milan at the national demonstration in solidarity with Palestine, particularly after the police attacks on the protesters, among the comrades, young people, standing in the square.

In India too, the women who are arrested are raped every way, sexually tortured, killed, every way,
But why are we talking about India? Because there is a link between what happens in India and in Palestine. A link both in terms of the ferocity, the violence of governments led in Palestine by the Nazi Netanyahu, in India by Modi, and as celebrated by the Italian premier Meloni as strongholds of democracy. They instead are among the worst murderers, criminals of humanity, protected by the other criminal ringleader Trump and the complicity of our government. But another link that is also important, even more important. In Palestine, the people, the women, the children themselves resist as they can, no one can wipe out them, no one can erase the Palestinian people. And in India there is a people's war that also speaks to the Palestinian people, because without the resistance of all the people, without all the people armed against those who wage war on them every day, it is impossible to win. And instead we must win.

This is why what is happening in India is important, because in India we see not only massacres, not only genocide, we see a war, a people's war in which men, women, youth, even the children fight for liberation, for humanity, for a just society in which all the people are free. And so in this sense today we speak of this bond between Palestine and India.

India is the largest nation in the world, together with China. There are almost one billion and five hundred million people, so it is a huge people. At the same time in this large country there is the strongest people's war. And so what happens in India is fundamental, it changes things in other countries too, in the world, even in Palestine, even here in Italy. This is why we are in solidarity with that people's war.

In our country, in Italy, there are many young Indians, many Indian workers who leave India to find a chance for work and a better life. And instead what happens? We saw it with the Sardam case, we saw it recently with another worker in Matera. They leave India looking for a better life for themselves and their families, and instead they come to die in Italy, they come to die because of their bosses only exploit them as much as possible and as soon as there is an accident they throw them out on the street, they let them die without any support. This has happened, this is happening a few kilometers from us.

And so on this too we ask: on which side do we stand? We can be cold about what happens to people like us, our brothers, our sisters. We can't do it!

We stand with the Palestinian women who resist, we stand with the Indian women who carry on the people's war for themselves, for their children, for the future.

This bridge between Palestine and India in the name of anti-imperialism, anti-Zionism and the unity of peoples was carried by our organization during the national demonstration with banners and speeches, one of which was also from the truck that led the demonstration.

This demonstration in Italy is a point of arrival of the new phase of solidarity but above all a new beginning to relaunch in all forms, in all cities, in the realities of work and territory, internationalist solidarity with the Palestinian people and with all the peoples oppressed by imperialism who are struggling; as well as its unity with the struggle against our complicit imperialism, against the government of fascism, racism, war, rearmament, the Police State.

Protest March and Rally Held in Bangladesh under the Banner of “Anti-Imperialist Students and Masses” in Response to the International Week (April 7–12, 2025) Called by the International Committee for the Support of People’s War in India (ICSPWI)

Today, on April 12 at around 1 PM, under the banner of “Anti-Imperialist Students and Masses,” various students, intellectuals, and young men and women held a protest march and rally against the ongoing Israeli genocide in Palestine backed by the United States, and the massacre of Maoists and indigenous people in the name of the anti-Maoist operation “Operation Kagar” in India.

The rally, conducted by Dhaka University student Bubun, featured speeches from Dhaka University student Tahmid Hossain, Naeem Uddin—convener of the Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement (Dhaka Metropolitan Committee), Jagannath University student Arunav Ashraf, Sajid-ul-Islam—member of the Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement (Dhaka Metropolitan Committee), and BUET student Masyiat Jahin, who recited a Bengali translation of a Palestinian poet’s poem. Leaders of the Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement and various progressive students and supporters were also present.

The march included slogans demanding the establishment of a united, secular, independent Palestine free from imperialism and expansionism, as well as a call to stop “Operation Kagar.” In the rally that followed, the speakers stated that the Israeli genocide in Palestine backed by imperialism and the indigenous massacre carried out by the expansionist Indian state under “Operation Kagar” in Chhattisgarh are interconnected.

The speakers further said that imperialism is the enemy of the world’s people, and in the interest of capturing markets and resources, it imposes unjust wars on them. From the rally, a call was made for unity against the brutal massacres carried out by all imperialist powers—such as the U.S., Russia, China, and the EU—as well as the Indian and Israeli expansionists.

They also emphasized the necessity of a revolutionary program to resist imperialism. The speakers called for revolutionary resistance against the ongoing white terror that seeks to annihilate various ethnic identities across the world, including the national liberation struggles of Palestine, Balochistan, Myanmar, and others.

It was highlighted in the speeches that the Maoists are waging a just people’s war globally with the aim of achieving true democracy for the masses. At the end of the rally, effigies and pictures of Trump, Modi, Netanyahu, Xi Jinping, and Putin were burned along with the flags of Israel and the United States. The rally concluded with a declaration of commitment to bury global imperialism through the united and conscious struggles of the oppressed nations and peoples around the world.

First of all, I salute this immense tide of people marching in streets in Milan today, a people standing alongside the Palestinian Resistance.

We are many and we have shown that solidarity is class-based and and fights in any situation as the resistance in Palestine fights.

We are here today because for us it has been a week of internationalist solidarity with the resistences, the wars of the people throughout the world, speak to each other.

Si vede infatti chiaramente che la carica di piazzale Baiamonti è a freddo, con una manovra a tenaglia, contro manifestanti che stanno semplicemente sfilando in un corteo molto partecipato (50mila le persone presenti) e fermando compagne-i a caso (poi rilasciati in serata dalla Questura).
Giornali e Tv parlano “scontri tra polizia e manifestanti"… Omettendo di dire che quando si parla di "scontri" bisogna che ci sia una contrapposizione fisica, violenta, tra due soggetti. Se la polizia carica un tot di soggetti inermi, che non reagiscono, si chiama CARICA DI POLIZIA, NON SCONTRI CON LA POLIZIA
