With great joy and class pride, we congratulate you fraternally for the 15th Anniversary of the Party Foundation.
This great milestone, not only for the masses and communists of India, represents a great leap forward for the International Communist Movement and especially for Maoism as the third and superior stage of Marxism-Leninism.
Your Party, leads an almighty Revolutionary People's War that, day after day despite the cruel blows of the reactionaries, grows victorious and has become an important beacon of the World Proletarian Revolution.
Comrade Ganaphati, led with great wisdom, a long period to the Party, and decidedly encouraged its strengthening and renewal of the leading cadres at all levels, giving, last year, his address to Comrade Basavraj, proven leader who currently chairs the Match.
The Maoists of Galiza, a nation without a state, which is part of the current Spanish State, want to congratulate you on this outstanding date, reiterating our full support, support and internationalist solidarity.
We live in a world, where imperialism walks towards its own destruction and that of the planet. In which, the only correct route is its destruction by a sea of ​​Popular War as President Mao Tse-tung pointed out. That is the great task of the communists in the 21st century!

del Partido Comunista de la India (maoísta).

Con gran alegría y orgullo de clase, les felicitamos fraternalmente por el 15º Aniversario de la Fundación del Partido.

Este gran hito, no solo para las masas y los comunistas de la India, represento un gran salto adelante para el Movimiento Comunista Internacional y muy especialmente para el maoísmo como tercera y superior etapa del marxismo-leninismo.

Vuestro Partido, encabeza una todopoderosa Guerra Popular Revolucionaria que, día a día a pesar de los crueles golpes de los reaccionarios, crece victoriosa y que ha devenido en un importante faro de la Revolución Proletaria Mundial.

El Camarada Ganaphati, dirigió con gran sabiduría, un largo periodo al Partido, e impulso decididamente su fortalecimiento y la renovación de los cuadros dirigentes a todos los niveles, cediendo, el año pasado, su dirección al Camarada Basavraj,  probado líder que actualmente preside el Partido.

Los maoístas de Galiza, nación sin estado, que forma parte del actual Estado español, queremos felicitarles en esta destacada fecha, reiterándoles nuestro pleno apoyo, respaldo  y solidaridad internacionalista.

Vivimos en un mundo, que el imperialismo camina hacia su propia destrucción y la del planeta. En el que, la única vía correcta es su destrucción por un mar de Guerra Populares como señalo el Presidente Mao Tse-tung. ¡Esa es la gran tarea de los comunistas en el siglo XXI!
