Queridos amigos y camaradas:
Desde el Comité Internacional de Apoyo a
la Guerra Popular en la India, queremos saludar esta importante
celebración de los 45 años del Frente Democrático Nacional de Filipinas NDFP
y la lucha del pueblo filipino, que bajo el mando del Partido Comunista
de las Filipinas y el heroico Nuevo Ejercito del Pueblo desarrollan la
Guerra Popular contra el imperialismo y el capitalismo burocrático, por
una Revolución de Nueva Democracia.
Como ustedes bien saben, la Guerra Popular
en la India se está intensificando día a día, dirigida por el Partido
Comunista de India Maoísta, que implica y cuenta con el apoyo de
millones de campesinos pobres, mujeres, masas de los intocables.
Una Guerra Popular contra la pobreza y la explotación capitalista y feudal, en las regiones donde son más agudas las contradicciones creadas por el turbulento desarrollo del saqueo de recursos, de la opresión de casta y de la explotación, por el capitalismo hindú vinculado al imperialismo.

Las masas de toda la India, dirigidas por
el Partido Comunista Maoísta de la India, están escribiendo una página
histórica de la lucha de clases en el mundo actual.
El desarrollo de la Guerra Popular en la
India confirma que hoy la revolución es la tendencia principal en el
mundo y que el maoísmo juega el papel de vanguardia y liderazgo en la
nueva ola de la revolución mundial contra el imperialismo en crisis.
“Todas las experiencias de la revolución mundial han demostrado en varias ocasiones que sin el ejército popular es imposible que el pueblo ejerza el poder. Nada es tan terrible para el imperialismo y los reaccionarios que las masas armadas y por ello aceptan con mucho gusto cualquier acuerdo para desarmarlas. En realidad, desarmar a las masas ha sido el estribillo constante de todas las reaccionarias clases dominantes desde la aparición misma de la sociedad dividida en clases. Las masas desarmadas son presa fácil para las clases reaccionarias y los imperialistas que llegan hasta efectuar masacres, como ha demostrado la historia.”
El proletariado mundial sabe que el avance
de la Guerra Popular en la India y en Filipinas pone en duda no sólo el
equilibrio de poder en Asia, sino también el del sistema imperialista
mundial.
El Comité Internacional de Apoyo a la
Guerra Popular ha lanzado una gran campaña internacional, el Spring
Thunder Tour, que se va a desarrollar en la mayor parte de los países de
Europa en diferentes formas.
Este Tour debe ser la expresión del
internacionalismo proletario y del avance de la unidad del proletariado
internacional, de los revolucionarios, de las fuerzas democráticas y de
las naciones y los pueblos oprimidos del mundo.
Desde aquí, llamamos a todos los presentes
a que participen en esta importante campaña, como ya tienen demostrado
en otras ocasiones y que mantengan la Guerra Popular hasta el comunismo,
la única alternativa que tiene la humanidad de sobrevivir ante este
sistema genocida.
No quisieramos finalizar sin recordar a
todos los martires de la Guerra Popular en Filipinas e India, así como a
todos los prisioneros de guerra de los dos pueblos.
Queremos enviar un recuerdo especial para
al profesor GN Saibaba firme defensor de la lucha del pueblo filipino,
así como Kobad Gandy y Ajith.

Dear friends and comrades:From the International Committee to Support the People's War in India, we wish to salute this important celebration of the 45 years of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines and the struggle of the Filipino people, which under the leadership of the Communist Party of the Philippines and the heroic New People's Army develop the People's War against imperialism and bureaucratic capitalism, for a New Democracy Revolution.
As you well know, in India the people's war is intensifying day by day, led by Maoist Communist Party of India. It involves and relies on the support of millions of poor peasants, women, masses of untouchables.
It is a people's war against poverty, feudal capitalistic exploitation, in the regions where most acute are the contradictions brought by the turbulent development of plundering resources, caste oppression and exploitation, by the Indian capital linked to imperialism.
The Indian masses, led by the Maoist Communist Party of India, are writing an important historical page in the world class struggle today.
The development of people's war in India confirms that the revolution today is the main trend in the world and that Maoism plays the role of command and leadership of the new great wave of world revolution against the imperialism in crisis.
That is why the continuation of the People's War in the Philippines against Yankee imperialism and its genocidal lackey Duterte is fundamental, without falling into the siren songs of agreements that only favors the imperialists, as Comrade Azad well recalled, murdered by The Indian government
“Entire experiences of the world revolution had demonstrated time and again that without the people’s army it is impossible for the people to exercise their power. Nothing is more dreadful to imperialism and the reactionaries than armed masses and hence they would gladly enter into any agreement to disarm them. In fact, disarming the masses has been the constant refrain of all the reactionary ruling classes ever since the emergence of class-divided society. Unarmed masses are easy prey for the reactionary classes and imperialists who even enact massacres as proved by history.”
The world proletariat is aware that the advance of people's war in India and Philippines puts under question not only the balance of power in the Asian region but also the equilibrium of the world imperialist system.
The International Committee in support of the people's war launches a great international campaign, the Spring Thunder Tour, to be conducted throughout Europe, in different forms, in most number of countries as possible.
This tour is and must be the reflect of the proletarian internationalism and the advancing unity of the international proletariat, of revolutionaries, democratic forces and the oppressed nations and peoples around the world.
From here, we call all those present to participate in this important campaign, as they have shown on other occasions and maintain the People's War until communism, the only alternative that humanity has to survive in this genocidal system.
We would not like to end without remembering all the martyrs of the People's War in the Philippines and India, as well as all the prisoners of war of the two peoples.
We want to send a special memory to Professor GN Saibaba, a strong advocate of the struggle of the Filipino people, as well as Kobad Gandy and Ajith.
