Condemn the witch-hunting of anti-imperialist activists and Trade Union leaders by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and other state and central police agencies at the behest of brahmanic hindutva fascism and mining corporations.

The Central Committee of CPI (Maoist) condemns in strong words the arrests of social activists and raids on their houses by the fascist state machinery-NIA, which is infamously known for its notorious means and other central and state police agencies. To prosecute well-known people's centric writer, Arundhati Roy in 14 years old case is highly condemnable. In the past few months, particularly after the Lok Sabha elections the NDA government under the leadership of Hindutva RSS- BJP has unleashed a new wave of attacks on the democratic and revolutionary forces Trade Union and mass leaders. In fact, this has intensified with the commencement of genocidal war on the indigenous people of central and eastern India in the name of "Operation Kagaar".

      On September 3, 2024, the NIA conducted a series of raids in Narayanpur district of Chhattisgarh. It has impacted 35 adivasi people in a fabricated case of having links with CPI (Maoist). Among those charged is Lakma Korram, leader of the Maad Bachao Manch. Earlier they have arrested Com. Surju Tekam, a well-known tribal leader in May, 2024. The organization is a democratic organization that follows the Indian constitution and works for the rights of the adivasi people in Maad region.

     On 5 September, 2024, NIA abducted labour rights activist Anirudh Rajan while he was traveling from Bangalore to Chennai to meet his family friend. He was booked under draconian UAPA on dubious charges of fundraising for CPI (Maoist). The allegations are completely false and is a cooked story by the Indian state to target Anirudh Rajan for his efforts for the rights of the working class. He has played an instrumental role in the organizing workers in Manesar under the banner of the Manesar General Mazdoor Sangh. Along with Anirudh Rajan, Ajay Kumar was also booked under UAPA for having links with the CPI (Maoist). He is All-India Convenor of Visthapan Virodhi Janvikas Andolan (VVJVA), which has turned to be a grass-root platform for anti-mining, anti-displacement and people-centric development model across the country. Advocate Ajay Kumar is working for people since more than last 20 years. His illegal arrest by the Indian state is a clear sign of intensification of the repression on the movements that firmly stand against corporatization and militarization.

On 19 September, 2024 Com. Karthik Naik, a mass leader who was leading a struggle against the multinational corporate house Vedanta's bauxite mining in South Odisha was arrested from Kashipur of Raygada district by the Police. The region of Kashipur of Raygada district and Thummal Rampur of Kalahandi district are largely inhabited by adivasis and dalits which comes under the Fifth Schedule of the Constitution. The region has large reserves of bauxite in the mountains. But the Indian state leashed the bauxite reserves of Sijimali and Kutturumali of Raygada district to Vedanta and Adani group, respectively. The villagers of the region are being heroically and unitedly resisting the proposed mining activities in the region. To crush the anti-mining mass movement, the Odisha government which has a tribal chief minister, at the behest of the mining company arrested Com. Karthik Naik. He is a member of Maa Maati Maali Surakhya Manch, organization steering the anti-mining protests.

In the early hours of 1st October, 2024 in Kolkata the NIA conducted raids on the homes of about 11 mass movement, trade union activists, journalists, student leaders and human rights activists for having association with the CPI (Maoist) which is completely a figment of mind. It was a joint-operation by the NIA and the STF, the special anti-Maoist wing of the West Bengal government.

After coming to power for the third time, brahmanic hindutva fascism has spread its tentacles to entangle the democratic and revolutionary mass movements leaders. Though this is not a new phenomenon at all. But the intensity of the attacks on anti-imperialist, anti-mining and anti-corporate movements leaders in the regime of brahmanic hindutva fascism is quite different from the earlier ones and PM branded them as Aandolanjeevi. While attacking these social political activists the brahmanic hindutva fascism is hoping to conflate it with the issue of "terrorism".  On several occasions, Narendra Modi himself has spoken in public that his regime will not show any leniency towards those who comes in its path of "Vikasit Bharat" which is based on big corporate houses which supports Brahmanism for their class interests. In suppressing the revolutionary people's democratic movements, the brahmanic hindutva fascism is aimed to establish the dominance of its fascist ideology with the unflinching support of imperialist and comprador bourgeoisie.

Such attacks and arrests of mass movements leaders and social activists resembles the McCarthy-era tactics that sees social and political democratic movements equivalent to terrorism. It wants to quell every protest movement and resistance against finance capital which is in deep crisis. The exploitative ruling classes of the country are so horrified that it sees every resistance to big corporate capital and brahmanism as Maoism.  Therefore, the ruling classes are very eager to eliminate the revolutionary movement which is going on under the leadership of CPI (Maoist).

The Indian state particularly Indian Prime Minister barks on the international forums that India is a country of peace and development and nothing will be achieved with war. But, in practice, nowhere else he or his government have put affords to stop the wars. Instead of it, since the beginning of war between Russia and NATO supported Ukraine war, the Indian ruling classes are earning enormous profits by purchasing oil and gas from Russia. Another side in our country when the food production is about 332 billion tons in the year 2023-24 and at the same time staggering 200 million undernourished people, then how it is possible to silence the people, without suppressing and repressing them with brutal state violence on the name of peace and development?  How can there be peace and development in the rotten system that punishes, kills and displaces oppressed people and oppressed social communities for simply raising their voices for their existence and fundamental rights. The super-rich are enjoying luxurious life while the toiling masses are struggling to even cover their body. There can be no real peace and development unless the oppressed people capture the political power by overthrowing the rotten system.

The Central Committee of CPI(Maoist) gives call to all democrats, progressives, workers and peasant organizations, writers, lawyers, intellectuals and human-rights activists to build broad militant mass movements to against the arrests and NIA raids including for the release of all political prisoners in the country. Paraphrasing Walter Benjamin we state that: "the state of emergency in which we live is not the exception but the rule".  The country and its oppressed people need them the most at a time when fascism has become the general political system of the country. Let us remember what Karl Marx said in Reflections of a Young Man on the choice of Profession: "If we have chosen the position in life that allows us to most effectively work for mankind, no burdens can weigh us down, for these sacrifices serve the greater good; our joy will not be selfish but will belong to countless others."

Let us give revolutionary salute to leader of the people's movement, poet, intellectual, writer and lecturer of Delhi University Prof. Dr. G.N. Saibaba.

 
Revolutionary people's movement leader, social activist, well-wisher of indigenous people, and professor of Delhi University Dr. Gokarkonda Naga Saibaba was kidnapped, booked in several foisted cases, incarcerated for 10 years in inhuman conditions in 'Anda' cell of the Indian prison by the brahmanic hindutva fascist regime. The wild beast in the human form- the officers of the Indian prison houses- were ordered by the hindutva fascist state to not provide required facilities and health services given to physically-handicapped people as per the international provisions and Indian jail manuals. Due to incarceration in Anda cell for long duration, Dr. Saibaba got affected with several serious health complications. 

After his release as innocent, Saibaba took his last breath on 12 October, 2024. The brahmanic hindutva fascist state, repressive laws under which Saibaba was charged, and the judiciary that sentenced Saibaba tolife-imprisonment are solely responsible for the untimely demise of Dr. Saibaba. 

The death of Saibaba is not simply a death. In fact it is an well-organized brutal murder of Saibaba by the brahmanic hindutva fascist state. He was 57 years old. His selfless services to India's oppressed people and oppressed social communities, his work for democratic movements, his firm belief in the goal of fundamental change of society, and his consciousness for sacrifice shown during his inhuman incarceration 10 years period, the central committee of CPI (Maoist), while upholding all these efforts and contributions of Dr. GN Saibaba bow its head and pays revolutionary homage to him. 

It expresses its solidarity to his wife Com. Vasanta, daughter Com. Manjeera, friends in the country and across the world, professors of universities, students, staff, and the lawyers who worked day and night for his release, and all organizations that carried out mass campaigns for his release. It gives call to all those people who stood with Saibaba to work for what Saibaba stood for till his last breath.

Professor GN Saibaba was born in the erstwhile East Godavari District, Amalapuram village of Andhra Pradesh in a poor peasant family in oppressed community. Being affected with polio, he was 90 per cent physically-handicapped at the age of 5. He always used to crawl on ground or used to be on wheelchair. He topped in his graduation in Konaseema Banoji Ramsar (SKBR) college. Afterwards, he completed his MA in English from University of Hyderabad. After that he did his Ph. D in 'Indian writing in English and Nation making: Reading the Discipline'. Before his arrest, Saibaba worked as lecturer of English for long-time at Ramlal college at Delhi University.

The ruling classes of our country started implementing intensively in 90's imperialist policies of liberalization-globalization-privatization. Immediately, All India People's Revolutionary Resistance Forum (AIPRF) was formed by several democratic and revolutionary organizations to oppose and build movements against imperialist-MNCs, comprador bourgeois and feudal landlords. Working with the leadership of this organization, working with several progressive and democratic intellectuals, with their support and participation, Comrade Saibaba worked right fromthe first day of the organization for more than one decade. He gave valuable contributions to bring out the organization's magazine by being part of its editorial board, releasing press-statements and interviews. 

Dr Saibaba played a key role in organizing international seminar on Nationality Question at Delhi in 1996 under the banner of AIPRF. For the demand of the Telangana state, the people of that region launched second-phase of the movement in which the demand for a democratic Telangana was raised and 'Warangal Declaration' was released. Saibaba was one of the speakers in the meeting. In 2004 in Mumbai in direct opposite to World Social Forum (WSF), with more than 310 progressive, democratic and revolutionary political organizations leadership Saibaba worked to successfully organize 'Mumbai Resistance 2004' and afterwards, in the formation of People's Democratic Forum of India (PDFI) with several mass organizations, Saibaba played a prominent role. He was a representative of AIPRF in 'International League of People's Struggles' (ILPS). First AIPRF and then in the leadership of Revolutionary Democratic Front (RDF), several workshops, seminars and meetings were organized on hindutva fascism, Nationality Question, State-violence, dalit and workers' problems and afterwards in the formation of 'Anti-Displacement and people's development movement' (VVJVA), Saibaba played a gargantuan role. For these programs and organizations,he wrote many articles and statements.  In the formation of RDF and later on giving leadership to it for a decade, Saibaba's contributions are immense. In the movements organized by RDF across the country, seminars and several meetings, Saibaba's role was crucial. The Indian ruling classes deployed central armed police forces and several state armed forces and launched severe repression on the people's movement and the masses. In this background, several anti-revolutionary white-terror campaigns were launched for example, 'Salwajudum' in Dandakaryana, 'Sendra' in Jharkhand, 'Harmad Vaahini' in West Bengal and 'Peace March' in Odisha. Then Comrade Saibaba along with democratic, progressive organizations, intellectuals, students and with their support raised voice against it and launched movements in the country and in many other parts of the world. When the Indian state launched operation "Green Hunt" in 2009 with ill-conceived thought to eliminate the democratic revolutionary movement from thecountry then Saibaba was one of the voices against it. At the same time, he was one amongst many who stood in the support of Lalgarh people's resistance and played a crucial role in building movements in support of it.  He gave hisvaluable contributions to the movements across the country in 1990 and 2000. As RDF was the center of several movements across the country, the Andhra Pradesh government banned it in Aug, 2012. Whereas along with several state governments, the central government banned RDF all over the country.

Following the order of the central government of the Indian state, the National Investigating Agency (NIA) inMay 2014, booked fabricated charges under draconian Maharashtra State laws, UAPA and several other repressive provisions of the Indian law on Prof Saibaba, two democratic organizations leaders from Delhi, and three adivasi people from Gadchilori and Bastar for having links with CPI (Maoist). By denying bails on number of occasions, the Indian state planned to kill 90 percent physically-handicapped Saibaba inside the jail. Due to hard labour by his lawyers, and movements build for his release by several democratic organizations, students, intellectuals, writers and his deteriorating health, he was granted bail in June 2015 by the Mumbai High Court. But in December 2015, he was again sent to jail. 90 per cent physically-challenged Saibaba who was confined to wheelchair was perceived as a threat to
the India's security by the Judiciary. Again, he came out in April 2016 when the Supreme Court granted bail to him. In spite of not having proper evidences, in May 2017, Gadchilori district court held Saibaba and 6 others as guilty under UAPA. One was sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment and rest of them were sentenced to life-imprisonment. Among them, one of the adivasi person Com. Pandu Naroti lost his life because he failed to get proper medicaltreatment for Swine flu. For the release of Prof. Saibaba and other co-accused, the central committee of CPI (Maoist) gave a call for a country-wide strike on 29 March, 2017. On 30 April 2020, the United Nations OHCHR related one special panel appealed Indian state to immediate release of Saibaba on the ground of his deteriorating health conditions. But the Mumbai High Court rejected the petition for bail on medical grounds for 45 days on 28 July 2020. When his 74 years old mother passed away due to cancer, Saibaba was not even granted permission to participate in her funeral. He began indefinite hunger-strike for the removal of CCTV camera installed in his toilet. He took his strike back on 22 October, 2020 when the CCTV camera were removed from his toilet. On 14 October, 2022 the Mumbai High Court declared Saibaba and other 5 persons as innocents as there were no evidences against them and gave order for their release. It also turned down the Gadchilori district court judgement of life-imprisonment. But the Supreme Court gave stay order on the decision of the Mumbai High Court on the appeal of Maharashtra state. It ordered the Mumbai High Court to re-think its judgement. At last, the false evidences couldn't stand and the Mumbai High Court released Saibaba and other 5 persons on 7 March 2024. Along with him other persons were released as innocents from jail after spending 10 years of rigorous imprisonment.

After coming out from jail he gave several interviews to media channels and journalists, where he stated how jails destroys human values. He also stated that the Constitution of India is not valued in the jails of India, atrocities are more in jails than in the outside world, caste discriminations are rampant, even in the jail manual it is written that work should be given in jail according to the castes of the prisoners, to protest against all these injustices in jails apart from hunger-strike there is no other way. He also stated it is vital to give support from the outside to the struggling people in the jails. He pointed out that the underworld dons and most of the bourgeoisie political leaders who come to jail get bails and are quickly released, whereas the leaders of the democratic movement find extremely difficult to get even bails. He said that in Maharashtra jail he was affected from Paralysis that severely affected his lungs, not only this, he was struggling from 21 types of new health ailments. He stated that raising voice against operation green hunt and repression on the indigenous people along with democratic organizations were the reasons for which he was kidnapped from Delhi, brought to Gadchilori court and sent to jail in a fabricated case. He also brought to notice that he was even booked in the Bhima Koeregaon case when he was inside the jail. His anger is justified when he pointed out that in jails the inmates are physically and mentally tortured. He narrated how he was pushed in the Anda cell where a normal human being cannot live. He was even denied to see her mother's dead body on her funerals. To the media he pointed out that in spite of whatever circumstances, he will continue to work for the oppressed people as human rights activist and as a teacher.

In Telangana press meet, while expressing his gratitude he stated that, it was the land of Telangana that developed him as a human being, from the people's movement in Telangana he was taught and became aware, He stated that it was from here (Telangana) he got encouragement to fight against operation green hunt. He further stated that all those who struggled day and night for his release in the country and abroad was inspiration for him that made him to fight against the Indian state inside the jail. 

When police arrested him on 14 May 2014, supporters of hindutva fascist in the University suspended him from his job and in April 2021 he was removed from his job. When he was released from jail as innocent, several professors raised the demand to reinstate Saibaba to his former job.

Comrade Saibaba's movements life is ideal. He was a good friend to his colleagues and a teacher to his students. His entire behavior in the movements was full of spirit and courageous. In spite of suffering from 90 per cent physically-disability, it could not become hurdle for him in his private life and in the people's movements. He wrote several writings by getting inspired from great poets Gurujada Apparao, Sri Sri and the Kenyan poet Ngugi Wa Thiong'o.
His first Telugu writing was published in 'Srujana' magazine. His jail poems that pins hope for a better future was published in a book form.

The untimely demise of Comrade Saibaba is a great loss for the oppressed people, oppressed social communities, people of distinct nationality, democratic movements in the country and abroad. He laboriously workedfor the revolutionary democratic people's movement from 1990s. Apart from his family members, his friends,students, and organizations gave full support to him. His power to face severe repression was derived from his struggle for the oppressed people. The work that he has done for the oppressed people and for the qualitative change in society by putting all his mental and physical potential will always remain an ideal for democratic, progressive, and revolutionary forces. He was a true leader of genuine democracy, dalit and oppressed people, freedom and social justice.  At a time when the brahmanic hindutva fascist regime has unleashed "operation kagar" on the people's movement, especially in the central and eastern India with the aim to eliminate the Maoist party that is giving leadership to those movements the sudden demise of Comrade Saibaba is a great loss for the people's movement. But the courage shown by him will always encourage the democratic movements for the rights of the oppressed people.The Central Committee of CPI (Maoist) appeals to all democratic, progressive, secular, patriotic, revolutionary forces and organizations to get inspire from Comrade Saibaba and intensify and spread the democratic movements across the country.

GALIZA:A descolonizaçom da Palestina (Galiza Vermelha)

Ao contrário do que se afirma muitas vezes nos jornais e demais mídia, na Palestina nom há umha guerra entre religions nem tampou se trata dumha guerra entre dous países. Em Palestina e no Líbano estamos vendo um processo de colonizaçom. A colonizaçom da Palestina é (como todas as colonizaçons), o processo de substituiçom da populaçom indígena por uns colonos de origem europeia ou pessoas americanas mas que os seus antepassados eram europeios. A descriminaçom dos indígenas na legislaçom, os crimes contra os indígenas por parte dos setores mais agressivos e organizados em grupos paramilitares ou, a criaçom de guetos e reservas para indígenas; som todas características comuns em qualquer colonizaçom.

O povo palestiniano nas atuais circunstâncias só lhe queda a opçom da guerra de libertaçom nacional. E resulta que como sabemos as pessoas comunistas, quando se trata dumha colônia todas as classes sociais estám objetivamente interessados na independência nacional. Os únicos que nom estam objetivamente interessados na libertaçom nacional dumha colônia som os setores da burguesia “burocrático compradora”  porque nestes casos, os seus privilégios dependem de postos no aparelho administrativo colaboracionista com o opressor ou tamém, porque som setores que se adicam a monopolizar mediante a corrupçom a importaçom e exportaçom de produtos para os “indígenas”. Estes setores colaboracionistas com o colonialismo na Palestina formam a Autoridade Nacional Palestiniana.

A sociedade palestiniana está-se a enfrentar a um processo de colonizaçom. Esta é umha realidade objetiva na que um fator externo (o colono, o militar do Estado sionista, a polícia), som o instrumento da colonizaçom dos Estados Unidos da América e dos seus aliados OTAN-UE. O sionismo nom só é um instrumento do Estado Colonial de Israel. O sionismo é o instrumento de colonizaçom de certos setores da burguesia dos países da OTAN e UE. Esta realidade social é a que nos obriga a reclamar a descolonizaçom da Palestina. Por isto mesmo, nom tem sentido falar de dous estados. Falar de um estado para o colono e um estado para o indígena é contribuir no processo de criaçom de “reservas índias” nas que fechar a todos os indígenas que nom som usados como operários polos colonos.

Frente a aparência de que o sionismo é um lobby que domina a política estadunidense, está a realidade de que os políticos, os jornais, a mídia, o movimento sionista e a administraçom das colônias (na Palestina ocupada é o Estado de Israel e nas “reservas indígenas” a Autoridade Nacional Palestina); todos estes nom som mais que serventes da burguesia estadunidense e em menor medida, tamém som serventes da burguesia dos aliados dos Estados Unidos.

Se atualmente no mundo temos um caso claro de colonizaçom dum povo a grande escala esse é Palestina. Ademais o desejo da OTAN seria a colonizaçom do Líbano e de toda costa mediterrânea entre Egito e Turquia (Palestina, Líbano e a costa Síria).

Na Palestina podemos ver como os guerrilheiros populares combatem ao Estado sionista. Estes guerrilheiros pertencem a organizaçons como FPLP, Hamas, Jihad Islâmica Palestina, etc. Neste momento todas estas guerrilhas e partidos tenhem umha prática que é objetivamente revolucionária. Mas isto nom nos deve fazer esquecer que na Palestina há organizaçons como a FPLP que som particularmente revolucionárias. Tamém temos que diferenciar que no Líbano está Hezbollah, um partido islâmico que tem um caráter consequentemente democrático, por isto quer um estado libanês no que vivam todas as pessoas sem ser descriminadas pola sua religiom e sem que o estado poda obrigar às pessoas a seguir umhas determinadas normas religiosas. Esta é evidentemente a postura de Hezbollah, nom a postura de Hamas (que inclusive chegou a apoiar o salafismo de Al-Nusrah em Síria), nem é tampouco a postura de Irám. Que pretendemos dizer com isto? Primeiro que em Palestina há organizaçons revolucionárias por qualidades próprias. Segundo que no Líbano, frente aos repetidos intentos do sionismo para ocupar e colonizar o Líbano, surgiu neste país um movimento religioso mas consequentemente democrático, que merece a nossa admiraçom porque agora e no passado tem sido a coluna vertebral da luita de libertaçom nacional. Terceiro que em Palestina devido precisamente à sua situaçom colonial, há setores que sendo representantes da burguesia e da pequena burguesia, ademais tendo um caráter conservador, clerical e tendo um passado de relacionamento com setores ultra reacionários em Síria, estám tendo umha prática conjunturalmente revolucionária.

Ademais o povo do Iêmen tem demostrado dumha maneira admirável com grandes mobilizaçons e com as suas armas o seu apoio ao povo palestiniano. Tampouco esquecemos que em Iraque tamém há guerrilheiros apoiando a Palestina.

No caso de Irám que é o país árabe mais industrializado, o seu apoio ao povo palestiniano está condicionado tanto polos interesses da burguesia iraniana em formar parte do bloco imperialista da China e Rússia, como polo desinteresse da burguesia iraniana em nom entrar numha guerra que diante da debilidade do Estado Colonial Sionista levaria mui provavelmente ao ataque direto dos Estados Unidos contra Irám e a destruiçom de fábricas, de poços de petróleo, dos portos de exportaçom do petróleo, etc. O povo do Líbano e do Iêmen está disposto a fazer sacrifícios por apoiar a Palestina mas a burguesia do Irám, desejaria ajudar a Palestina sempre que sejam outros os sacrificados e martirizados.

Numha colônia o fator externo é tam importante que em certas ocasions fai desaparecer a diferença de classe entre as pessoas. Tomemos as pessoas que som refugiados em Gaza ou som prisioneiros políticos palestinianos,  nom é fácil apreciar a que classe social pertencem os refugiados e os prisioneiros, as suas condiçons de vida nom estám marcadas pola sua classe social senom polo feito de ser Palestinianos. Em estas condiçons coloniais a luita de libertaçom nacional acaba por fazer que organizaçons burguesas e clericais tenham umha prática conjunturalmente revolucionária.

Evidentemente quando a opressom nacional é sofrida por um povo industrializado do primeiro mundo (como é o caso da Galiza), o fator externo nom é importante porque aqui nom existem os colonos privilegiados e indígenas descriminados e, o que determina as nossas vidas é a dinâmica da burguesia galega com os seus aliados com interesses mundiais,  juntamente com a dinâmica da classe operária galega que serve aos interesses mundiais do proletariado.

Entre os interesses estratégicos do proletariado está eliminar o colonialismo, o escravismo, o feudalismo, o analfabetismo, o casamento forçado e em geral, todas umha série de práticas sociais que som extremamente reacionárias das sociedades divididas em classes. No caso de Palestina estamos assistindo a um genocídio colonial em vivo e em direto e o feito de que se tenham dado outros genocídios, nom rebaixa nada a sua gravidade.

É necessário apoiar a descolonizaçom da Palestina e a autodeterminaçom nacional do povo palestiniano. Neste contexto histórico autodeterminaçom nacional é poder decidir que tipo de estado querem criar na Palestina, nom se pode entender como reclamar um referendo para que as pessoas palestinianas escolham se querem formar parte como minoria indígena dumhas zonas do Estado de Israel ou, se querem que certo território forme parte dum Estado Palestiniano independente.

A maioria da populaçom com passaporte de Israel tem passaporte de outro estado e pode voltar a esse estado. On October 20, the International Committee to Support the People's War in India (ICSPWI) internationalist blog, icspwindia.wordpress.com, stopped working.

After a few attempts from us to access it, it was clear that it was not a technical malfunction but a real censorship, in fact the wordpress domain communicated that "it is not possible to publish the post, the blog is closed".

For more than ten years, the Committee's blog has fulfilled the role of informing about the People's War in India, the main New Democratic Revolution underway in the world.

It was doing that directly through the publication of press releases and first-hand and official documents from the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and, above all, it supported the People's War in India, the Communist Party of India (Maoist) that leads it, and the Indian political prisoners through ad hoc international campaigns for their release.

International range campaigns have been launched by the ICSPWI, for the release, among others, of the political prisoners Ajith and Prof. Saibaba.

We live in this contradiction, we know that the tools of production and information are ultimately in the hands of the bourgeoisie but at the same time we need to use them for propaganda and proletarian agitation.

This situation requires greater "professionalization" on our part to counter the attempts to silence us: it is not enough to be "red" but also "experts" as Mao-Tse-Tung teaches.

Censorship will not stop the just activity of the Committee for the Support of the People's War in India which will soon return with a better information organ than before and it will intensify its information and support activity to the People's War in India and the Communist Party of India (Maoist).

GALIZA: A tragédia e o crime de Valência. (Galiza Vermelha)

 

Jornal "Servir Al Pueblo", artigo "Más de 200 muertos y 1.900 desaparecidos en València": "Sempre que esse tipo de tragédia ocorre, os políticos burgueses clamam ao céu que estamos enfrentando uma inevitável tragédia humanitária. A realidade é exatamente o oposto. O tempo não pode ser controlado, mas a resposta da sociedade ao tempo pode ser controlada".

 

Desde Galiza assistimos com raiva e horror à tragédia que se está a dar em Valencia. Um fenômeno meteorológico que provoca inundaçons e do que há registros desde o século XIV trai como consequência a morte de centos ou miles de pessoas. As grandes massas da Península Ibérica e de fora da península querem ajudar, levando o mais necessário e limpando as ruas, as vivendas é levado a limpar empresas e centros comercial polas autoridades. As redes sociais estam cheias de voluntárias e voluntários dizendo que se negarom a limpar um centro comercial. A polícia multando aos voluntários por estacionar mal. A polícia perseguindo a pessoas que levam água e alimentos de supermercados, etc, etc.

Tamém assistimos a umha visita do Presidente, do Rei Borbom e outras autoridades do Regime que logicamente som recebido com lançamentos de lama e o grito de "assassinos". Um Borbom que se achega para falar com pessoas de organizaçons fascistas, pessoas com tatuagens fascistas e camisolas fascistas, que naturalmente som os únicos que se podem achegar tanto ao Gefe do Regime Espanhol, porque estam autorizados, porque som escenas preparadas para o espetáculo televisivo.

 

Que o espetáculo parlamentar nom nos faga perder a perspetiva. O Borbom nom e mais que um instrumento do capital, quando o Borbom esteja "queimado" será substituído por umha república burguesa mas seguirá sendo o mesmo Regime Espanhol. O movimento por transformar a o Regime Espanhol de monarquia a república burguesa nom é revolucionário, nem aporta nada no caminho da consciência. A consciência segue o caminho de descobrir que o estado burguês é o inimigo do povo. O feito de fazer agitaçom sobre a república como algo mais racional que a monarquia nom aporta nem um átomo de consciência à hora de descobrir o caráter de classe do estado burguês, da democracia burguesa, do parlamentarismo, da polícia, dos carcereiros, etc.

 

As inundaçons de Valencia nom se devem a nengum "aquecimento global". As mortes de Valencia nom som um fenômeno natural, som um fenômeno social. A falta de umha rede de ameiros artificiais, de encoros, barragens, etc, que podesse parar a água nom se daria este número de mortos. Se a populaçom tivesse sido apercebida. Se as pessoas nom tivessem que sair para intentar salvar o carro que precisam para ir ao trabalho como fosse. Se perder o carro nom fosse perder o trabalho e, se perder o trabalho nom fosse quedar sem vivenda e alimentos, as pessoas nom se teriam arriscado a sair a rua, nem ir aos garagens, nem levar um paquete, etc.

 

A sociedade atual tem riqueza para reduzir as mortes por desastres naturais a níveis absolutamente mínimos como nunca houve ao longo da história mas, numha sociedade capitalista a vida dumha pessoa vale o dinheiro que tem. Umhas obreira ou um obreiro nom é mais que umha peça substituível para um determinado capital. A polícia e o Exército do Regime Espanhol nom existem para ajudar ao povo, eles som o inimigo do povo.

 

Realmente a indignaçom que provoca o desastre, melhor dito, a indignaçom que provoca o crime de Valencia deve ser mui superior ao Prestige e outros desastres naturais. O número de vítimas da inundaçom som umha mostra do que lhe importa a vida do proletariado ao Regime Espanhol.

 

Inclusivo quando a tragédia provoca tantas vítimas entre o povo podemos topar com o melhor da humanidade como nos explica o jornal Salvar Al Pueblo em o seu artigo "Masas aplican solidaridad y demuestran que solo el pueblo salva al pueblo" onde se relata: "Centenas de pessoas caminharam, de València para as cidades de l'Horta Sud, para trazer comida, cobertores e colaborar em tarefas de resgate e apoio para os afetados". "Contra o relato racista e fascista, os migrantes estam cozinhando e contribuindo com várias açons para a solidariedade".

Em Servir Al Pueblo "Masas expulsan visita del Gobierno y el Rey con palos, piedras y barro al grito de 'asesinos'": "Esta é mais uma evidência de como as massas podem expulsar as mais altas autoridades da democracia burguesa apenas com a força da organizaçom e suas próprias mãos. As massas nom estam dispostas a permitir a humilhaçom para os gestores do Estado burguês, que os abandonaram ao seu destino, para ganhar um retorno sobre a tragédia enquanto lutam por suas vidas e enterram seus mortos. Não podem silenciar a verdade e a voz de um povo inteiro, que por décadas ressoará na memória das gerações que demonstraram solidariedade e dignidade diante da barbárie e da ignomínia do Estado burguês".

 

Que a tragédia e o crime se transforme (com a ajuda da vanguarda do proletariado em), as massas organizadas conscientemente!

Durante muitos anos o camarada GN Saibaba foi um referente revolucionário, que foi amplamente conhecido graças às campanhas internacionais de apoio a guerra popular na Índia. Os diferentes comitês nacionais e o Comitê Internacional de Apoio a Guerra Popular na Índia (ICSPWI) tem levado avante campanhas por GN Saibaba e os demais presos e presas políticas da Índia. Em estás campanhas de apoio do povo indiano a figura do camarada Saibaba representava o futuro da humanidade, o socialismo; frente a um passado feudal e racista da burguesia, o clero e a aristocracia da Índia. A denúncia, as mobilizaçons populares denunciando os crimes cometidos contra os indígenas da Índia (Adibasi), ou as mobilizaçons contra umhas políticas que fazem da Índia umha mescla do feudalismo das castas, do racismo aberto, unido um capitalismo próprio dos países dumha periferia emergente onde as disputas entre os diferentes setores da burgues, sempre se podem solucionar mediante a roubo das terras dos camponeses, ou mediante o assassinato das comunidades indígenas. De maneira que quando as dificuldades da concorrência entre capitais dificultam os negócios, sempre se pode recorrer a saquear as terras indígenas para ser mais "competitivos", ou melhor dito, o saqueio indígena serve na Índia e outros países para que certos capitais se poidam apropriar de mais riqueza social.

 

O camarada GN Saibaba foi preso, foi brutalmente torturado; sem que a sua falta de mobilidade do 90% fosse considerada. A falta de medicinas e cuidados médicos deteriorou tanto a sua saúde que,l sete meses depois de sair da cárcere já está morto. Por isto podemos estar seguros que este foi um crime de estado. Porque se a umha pessoa com graves problemas de saúde o deixas meses sem medicação, se faz que tarde meses em receber umha visita médica, o que pretendiam era deteriorar tanto a sua saúde que uns meses depois da sua liberaçom já está morto. Tendo em conta isto devemos considerar a GN Saibaba como um camarada caído devido a um crime de estado. Igual que o camarada Mazundar, o camarada Gonzalo, o camarada Kaypakkaya, etc, etc. Outro crime contra o povo, contra o proletariado. Outro crime que busca desesperadamente parar a história. Som esse tipo de crimes da burguesia e dos seus aliados mediante os que aspira a impedir que o legado de Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin e Mao iluminem o caminho da aboliçom das classes sociais e da emancipaçom da humanidade.

 

A morte do camarada Saibaba nom nos deve fazer cair no pessimismo. A morte do camarada Saibaba certamente tem mais peso que o "monte de Tai ". Mas, se temos que sacar umha conclusom do exemplo do camarada Saibaba é que a força da Revoluçom Proletária Mundial pode alimentar e transformar as pessoas até o ponto em que umha pessoa com um 90 % de falta de mobilidade pode ser tam forte que nem sequer depois de morto, pode ser derrotado.

Des années, des très longues années, derrière les abominables murs et c’est toujours la même détermination et le même enthousiasme en écho à votre mobilisation solidaire…

Vous savoir rassemblé.es aujourd’hui, ici, face à ces barbelées et autres miradors, à quelques mètres de ma cellule me remplit de force et me réchauffe le cœur. Cependant quelle émotion, Camarades, Ami.es, de constater que pour la première fois depuis tant d’années, ce n’est pas notre infatigable Suzanne qui lit cette courte déclaration. Notre très chère Suzanne s’est éteinte, comme vous le savez, il y a quelques petites semaines. Certainement elle demeure en vie, à tout jamais dans nos cœurs et notre mémoire telle une flamme vivifiante, tout particulièrement dans de pareilles circonstances.

Votre mobilisation solidaire ne laisse personne ici indifférent, voyez-vous l’ambiance dans ces sinistres lieux, toute cette ambiance carcérale, change quand l’écho de la vie agissante vient percuter la platitude sans nom d’un quotidien carcéral mortifère… Ainsi des codétenus sociaux, découvrent comme par enchantement, ne serait-ce que pour un petit moment, la beauté et la puissance des rapports humains foncièrement désintéressés, la solidarité en dépit de tant d’années derrière les barreaux… survivants dans la misère culturelle et affective, sans réels rapports avec la société depuis de longues années pour certains, cet éveil d’enthousiasme et d’humanité ne passe pas inaperçu ; ça se lit dans les yeux et ça se voit dans ces commentaires spontanés souvent sincères mais hélas sans lendemain.

Camarades et ami.es, l’écho de vos slogans, de vos chants et de tout le reste, passe outre ces barbelés et autres miradors, il résonne dans nos têtes et nous transporte loin de ces sinistres lieux.

A l’aube de cette quarante-et-unième année de captivité, vous trouver ici, dans la diversité de votre engagement, apporte un cinglant démenti à tous ceux et celles qui misaient sur l’essoufflement de votre élan solidaire. Il met en évidence que le changement des rapports de force en faveur des protagonistes révolutionnaires incarcérés est toujours fonction de la mobilisation solidaire assumée sur le terrain de la lutte anticapitaliste/antiimpérialiste.

Ainsi peut-on dire sans la moindre hésitation que le soutien le plus significatif que l’on peut apporter à nos camarades embastillés s’inscrit d’emblée dans l’engagement réel dans la lutte en cours. Ce n’est qu’en assumant la solidarité sur ce terrain que le maintien de nos camarades en prison commence à peser plus lourd que les possibles menaces inhérentes à leur libération.

Camarades et ami.es, par ce temps de crise globale du capitalisme mondialisé et l’exacerbation de toutes ses contradictions, ce temps de guerre, de massacre à grande échelle, de répression, de fascisation, de propagande et de manipulation, de grandes luttes et de mobilisation et surtout de ce sursaut enthousiasmant de la jeunesse agissante sur fond d’une barbarie inhérente au capitalisme moribond…. pour la première fois dans l’histoire de l’humanité, des millions de personnes assistent à un génocide en cours. Depuis plus de 380 jours, les génocidaires continuent à sévir à Gaza et en Cisjordanie et maintenant ils élargissent leur champ de guerre au Liban avec le soutien actif des principales puissances impérialistes de l’occident. Cependant grâce à la résistance héroïque des masses populaires palestiniennes et leurs avant-gardes combattantes, et surtout grâce aussi à la mobilisation solidaire massive un peu partout dans le monde, la Palestine résiste et réoccupe plus que jamais, sa place sur le devant de la scène internationale.

Ceci étant, Cher.es camarades, Cher.es ami.es, peut-être serait-il utile de rappeler que la solidarité internationale active s’avère une arme indispensable dans la lutte contre la colonisation de peuplement toujours en cours en Palestine et la guerre génocidaire qui lui est intimement inhérente. C’est toujours en fonction de cette solidarité active que l’on peut participer aux changements de rapports de force ici, dans le ventre de la bête impérialiste et ailleurs dans le processus de construction du « Bloc historique », cadre global et sujet potentiel du mouvement de libération nationale palestinien.

Certes, il est urgent de tout mettre en œuvre pour contrer et arrêter la barbarie sioniste en cours à Gaza, en Cisjordanie et au Liban. Il n’en demeure pas moins qu’en dépit de cette agression génocidaire de grande envergure contre Gaza ces jours-ci, où aux dizaines et dizaines de milliers de martyrs et de blessés, s’ajoute la terrible destruction généralisée de tout l’espace habitable de Gaza, la résistance reste inébranlable, protégée et adoubée par les masses populaires palestiniennes.

Gaza ne portera jamais le drapeau blanc de la capitulation. Ni les sionistes, ni aucune autre criminelle force ne réussiront jamais à briser la volonté de la résistance à Gaza.

Honte à tous ceux et celles qui, face à la barberie sioniste génocidaire, appellent à regarder ailleurs !

Que milles initiatives fleurissent en faveur de la Palestine et sa glorieuse résistance !

Le capitalisme n’est plus que barbarie, honneur à tous ceux et celles qui s’y opposent dans la diversité de leurs expressions !

Ensemble et ce n’est qu’en ensemble que nous vaincrons !
