COLOMBIA: Semana de apoyo a la Guerra Popular en la India (Revolución Obrera)

En un país lejano, en busca del cual llegaron los europeos a nuestras tierras esperando encontrar sus riquezas, llamado India, su pueblo sometido, igual que nosotros por las clases explotadoras y el imperialismo, libra una Guerra Popular desde hace ya varias décadas.

Es por eso que el Comité Internacional de apoyo a la Guerra popular en la India ha llamado a que en esta semana se realicen acciones en el mundo, y desde Colombia estamos hoy aquí en esta zona industrial de Bogotá llevando a los obreros este mensaje.

¡Viva la Guerra Popular en la India!

En la India donde su población es 26 veces mayor que la nuestra, el infierno de la explotación en las metrópolis con sus fábricas y call center, en el campo con los pueblos tribales discriminados y regiones olvidadas por el Estado burgués, el pueblo se levantó en rebelión, enfrentando las fuerzas represivas del Estado de los ricos, y aunque han tratado por décadas de aplastar su lucha, no han podido lograrlo.

Por eso hoy en la semana internacional llamamos a apoyar la Guerra Popular en la India.

Su ejemplo, es para el pueblo en Colombia un faro que alumbra el sendero por el que hay que andar, pues al igual que en la India, el infierno de la explotación que se vive en estas y otras fábricas del país, como lo que viven los pobres del campo, sometidos a masacres, desplazamientos, asesinatos de sus dirigentes, y de conjunto, la miseria y el hambre que se acrecienta a costa de enriquecer a unos cuantos holgazanes con la ganancia que producimos, no tenemos otro camino que levantarnos también en rebelión como nuestros hermanos en la India.

¡Viva la Guerra Popular en la India!

El Comité de apoyo a la GPI ha llamado a celebrar esta jornada denunciando el trato que el Estado reaccionario le da a los presos políticos, convocando a exigir su liberación. Los obreros revolucionarios en Colombia nos unimos a este llamado, pues sabemos muy bien cuál ha sido el trato que el régimen narco paramilitar le ha dado a los luchadores del pasado levantamiento popular del 28 de abril.

¡Exigimos la libertad de los presos políticos en la India, Colombia y en el mundo!

Hoy, el pueblo de Ucrania está siendo agredido por los imperialistas rusos, en medio de la disputa con los imperialistas de occidente comandados por Estados Unidos desde la OTAN. El mundo es un campo minado, y las minas han sido puestas por todos los imperialistas. Por Estados Unidos, el mayor terrorista del mundo, por Rusia, Francia, Alemania, China, Inglaterra.

Todos ellos en su afán de ganancia y para resolver la crisis de su sistema moribundo, expolian pueblos, bombardean ciudades, azuzan guerras internas, masacran y violan y están preparándose para desatar una tercera guerra mundial por un nuevo reparto del mundo.

Es por eso que la Guerra Popular en la India y las que libra el pueblo en Filipinas y Turquía, dirigidas por verdaderos Partidos de la clase obrera, cobran una gran importancia, pues ellas enfilan sus fusiles contra los explotadores y opresores nativos, aliados de uno u otro país imperialista, a la vez que están construyendo el nuevo poder y el nuevo Estado de los obreros y campesinos.

Pero además esas gestas de nuestros hermanos en esos países, muestran el camino por el que los demás pueblos en el mundo deben transitar para impedir la guerra imperialista o en caso de presentarse una guerra mundial transformarla en guerra revolucionaria desatando la Revolución Proletaria Mundial.

A los obreros que transitan estas calles para llegar o salir de sus trabajos, los invitamos a conocer a través de las páginas de Revolución Obrera y de su portal digital, las noticias sobre esta importante lucha que se libra en la India al otro lado del mundo. Verán cuanto tenemos de común con los obreros y campesinos de ese gigante país.

Hace más de 500 años nos confundieron con ellos y por esos nuestros ancestros que habitaban estas tierras fueron llamados indios. No éramos ese país, no teníamos esas riquezas por las que llegaron los europeos, teníamos otras, y por eso fuimos condenados casi al exterminio y al sometimiento que aún tenemos; el pueblo de la India llevó su curso de la historia también, pero hoy aunque nos separen muchos kilómetros sabemos que somos una sola clase obrera con unos mismos enemigos.

Por eso llamamos a apoyar la guerra popular en la india y sumarse a las tareas del Comité Internacional de Apoyo a la GPI.

GALIZA: 23M/29M: Agitación y propaganda de la semana internacional- Libertad presos y presas políticas de la India y del mundo!

MÉXICO: SOL ROJO: Reporte semanal desde la Caravana por el agua y de la vida.

Este es el primer reporte semanal desde la Caravana por el agua y la vida, “Pueblos Unidos contra el despojo capitalista”, la cual ha comenzado el pasado 22 de marzo desde el Altepelmelcalli y recorrerá distintos estados de la república conociendo y hermanando las distintas resistencias que existen desde abajo.

Una comisión de camaradas SolRojistas acompañan esta actividad de forma permanente, al igual que Periódico Mural, prensa popular y democrática, como parte del fortalecimiento de la ruta unitaria establecida desde la Declaración por la Vida, el Foro Nacional de las Resistencias y el Encuentro Nacional de Comunicación Popular.

A continuación el reporte del 22 al 26 de marzo. 

El primer día de la Caravana estuvimos presentes en las afueras de la empresa Bonafont, que el pasado 15 de febrero fue retomada por las autoridades de los tres niveles de gobierno y custodiada por elementos de policía estatal al servicio de la empresa transnacional. Aquí se ha realizado una importante manifestación en la comunidad de Zacatepec, municipio de Juan C. Bonilla, para arrancar con firmeza esta Caravana nacional; también se hizo el festival Mito Tilistli donde en el marco del Día Internacional del Agua se hicieron diversas actividades culturales y artísticas reivindicando el derecho de los pueblos en su lucha contra el imperialismo francés. Desde donde hasta hace poco brillaba el Altepelmelcalli ha dado su inicio la Caravana.

Al siguiente día estuvimos en los pueblos circunvecinos de la región Choluteca en donde visitamos el Río Negro y los ameyales que hoy están secos a causa de la sobreexplotación de los mantos acuíferos realizada por diversas empresas, principalmente Bonafont, de capital francés y principal responsable del ecocidio y la represión contra los pueblos chulultecos que resisten.  El llamado al Boicot contra Danoné y Bonafont ha sido reforzado; la gente desde abajo lo está tomando en serio en muchas partes.

El día número tres de la Caravana estuvimos en la ciudad de Puebla, ahí marchamos por el centro de la ciudad y asistimos a la Casa Aguayo, sede del gobierno estatal, donde lo único que encontramos fue la presencia policiaca que nos impidió llegar directamente a las oficinas gubernamentales; nada extraño si recordamos que así también este gobierno morenista de Puebla recibió a los jovenes normalistas de la FECSM cuando se manifestaban en apoyo a la normal rural de Teteles, dejando como saldo varios detenidos, entre mujeres y hombres estudiantes. Posteriormente estuvimos en el mercado Hidalgo con la Unión Popular de Vendedores Ambulantes 28 de Octubre, en donde pudimos convivir y conocer la experiencia de las y los compañeros; también hubo música y solidaridad entre los pueblos.

El día número cuatro de esta Caravana se llevó a cabo un mitin en el basurero que afecta al pueblo de San Juan Tlautla, en la región de los volcanes; aquí pudimos constatar las denuncias sobre la terrible contaminación de este lugar que afecta la vida, la tierra y el agua de las comunidades; los pobladores mencionaron que la basura es quemada en una cementera lo que provoca también la contaminación del aire. Alrededor de este basurero se logra aún apreciar al Popocatépetl y el Iztaccíhuatl; es lamentable ver como este basurero operado por una empresa está justo en el centro del valle, permitiendo que los lixiviados lleguen a las tierras de cultivo de los campesinos de la región y contamine sus pozos. En Nealtican observamos los efectos prolongados de la extracción-saqueo-contaminación del agua, traducidos en sequía total; la población acusa al viejo Estado de esto, especialmente a Manuel Barttlet (hoy director de CFE y entonces gobernador de Puebla) de haber robado el agua de la comunidad bajo promesas de progreso como super carreteras, escuelas, hospitales, energía eléctrica y otras falacias. En este mismo lugar documentamos el proceso del gasoducto que contempla el Proyecto Integral Morelos (PIM), para abastecer de combustible a la termoeléctrica de Huexca; en el centro de la población hubo un mitin solidario con los pueblos afectados.

El día cinco llegamos a Malacatepec, donde marchamos en solidaridad con quienes resisten desde aquí, despuecito la Caravana fue interceptada por algunos ejidatarios (alienados en torno a las empresas) quienes auxiliados de la policía municipal impidieron el paso de la caravana; aquí los ejidatarios y pobladores en resistencia nos explicaron como se ha dado la ruptura del tejido comunitario desde que las empresas inmobiliarias se han adueñado de las voluntades y la conciencia de algunas personas deshonestas; desde aquí las y los compañeros sostienen una ejemplar lucha para defender la tierra y el agua contra el despojo. Luego nos fuimos a Huilotepec, Atlixco, donde la población se opone a la imposición del gasoducto que contempla el PIM; ya han ganado algunas batallas legales, pero el viejo Estado insiste con el megaproyecto mientras orquesta campañas de linchamiento mediático y criminalización contra los pueblos en resistencia.

Las resistencias del México de abajo no solamente son harto semejantes, sino que se van hermanando y apuntan hacia un mismo objetivo…

 Red Salutes to 50th Anniversary Celebrations of TKP/ML 

Turkey is one of the vital strategic areas of the world with 7 crores of population including Europe and Middle East in a terrain of 8 lakh square kilometers. Muslims constitute most of the population in Turkey and Christians are a minority. The Communist Party was first formed in the country in 1921 in the Azerbaijan meeting as a part of attempts of the Third International to form Communist Parties all over the world, mainly in the Asian countries. However, 13 leaders including Mustafa Saphi were murdered on their return from the meeting. Later revisionism continued until the 1960s. A new Communist Party emerged in 1972 in the leadership of Comrade Ibrahim Kayapakkaya out of the impact of anti-imperialist radical movement, inspiration from GPCR and out of ideological struggle. This is the present TKP/ML. 

TKP/ML has a revolutionary legacy with great sacrifices since the beginning. On the occasion of its 50th Anniversary the CPI (Maoist) conveys revolutionary greetings to the entire Party cadres. The party remembers the history of comradely relations of our two parties and wishes to strengthen it. It opines this is the need and demand of the present times. On the occasion of these enthusiastic celebrations, the party firstly pays humble revolutionary homage to all the heroic fighters such as Comrades Ibrahim Kayapakkaya, Demirdag, Umitsan Kaglayas, Umit Denler, Dalek konak, Turan Nalkas, Ojgar K. Karrabul. Our party also conveys revolutionary greetings to the people’s army Tikko, the youth organisation TMLGB, women’s organisation and civil rights organisations. 

Your Congress reaffirmed that Turkey is a semi-colonial, semi-feudal society as Comrade Ibrahim Kayapakkaya defined. He provided the Leninist understanding of the nationality question and said that Kurd and Turkey are two different nationalities. He made clear that Kemalism is fascism. He is the leader who applied the path of Protracted People’s War to Turkey. He said Maoism is the higher stage of Marxism. He upheld the importance of party, army and rural areas. He became a martyr in a young age of 24 in the hands of the enemy. Your Congress decided once again that the theoretical understanding and method of the martyr are correct. The 50 years of struggle of your party is formulated in the path that concentrated on the objective of New Democratic Revolution and the strategic path of Protracted People’s War. This is the fundamental revolutionary strategy in view of your practice. Your party sustained the three magic weapons of revolution such as the party, army and United Front. 

The present celebrations of 50 years are the symbol of the movement that attracted hundreds and thousands of people with a hope on better future through the efforts of thousands of cadres and militants. Never was a time without attack of the opportunists, reformists and revisionists of the path of your revolutionary party. But your proletarian revolutionary party has been fighting back all the attacks. 

It is commendable that your Congress opined that the nationality liberation of Kurds is one of the important problems of Turkey revolution. Our party understands from the experiences of our country that finding a comprehensive solution to the nationality problem in the era of imperialism is part of proletarian revolutions, that proletarian leadership is definitely needed and that the nationality question of Kurds shall obtain a correct solution guaranteeing autonomy and right to secession as a part of New Democratic Revolution. Our party feels that the way you upheld the Leninist attitude shall form a real basis to gain the affection and confidence of the Kurd people, to develop unity with them and to intensify united struggles against the main enemy. You are aware that our country is a prison of nationalities. The Kashmiris, Manipuris, Mizos, Asomese and other such nationalities are fighting for decades for right to self-determination along with right to secession prepared to sacrifice. They are making great efforts to identify with genuine revolutionary forces without allowing revisionists. The exploiting ruling classes of our country, the imperialism that is in support of them and the outdated Akhand Bharat theory of the present Brahmanic Hindutva Fascism became an utmost danger to them. As Comrade Mao taught, this is the time when ‘countries wish independence, nationalities liberation and people revolution’. 

The successful Party Conference in 2020 January said – ‘imperialist-capitalist system is a mechanism of crisis, war, aggression, more profit, blood and tears. Today the central alliances of imperialist system are making market wars with more bloodshed, intensity. The new Social-imperialist imperialism is exporting goods to investments to the retreating US imperialist markets, influencing in an intense level through speedy development. The alliance of Russian imperialism and China Social imperialism created a severe impact in the military and political sphere. As contradictions intensify and the contention among the ‘west imperialist’ alliance is attaining severe nature in the leadership of the US imperialism, the relations between China Social imperialism and Russian imperialism shall strengthen. In addition to the economic and political crisis this condition shall intensify market wars. It brings forth intense conflict wars in the entire disputable sectors. Your assessment reflects the present conditions of the world. 

Today the whole world is burning in the war flames of Ukraine of East Europe. The number one enemy of the world people US imperialism turned Ukraine as a bait, prepared for war in all ways and instigated Russian imperialism to war. Russia is bombing Ukraine for the past 15 days. On one hand the Russian imperialism and on the other the US imperialism, the fascist NATO forces in its leadership and West European imperialist countries are contending for the division of the world. The countries are intensifying their war plans. The President of Ukraine Zelensky is acting as a puppet of the US and is throwing the people in war flames. Europe is facing a crisis of refugees unprecedented since World War II. In such conditions, Ukraine and the Russian proletariat must try to fulfill their historic task. The great Marxist teachers Comrades Lenin and Stalin are providing leadership to the people of great revolutionary heredity. This is the time to turn the war into civil war in the light of the theory and practice that they taught and practiced. This is the condition where the world proletariat must stand in support of the proletariat of the country with their great revolutionary proletarian responsibility. Our party hopes that at this time you shall provide them absolute help in the anti-imperialist civil war by staying closer and with better coordination. 

Revolutionary, progressive and democratic forces are facing an unprecedentedly strong and intense offensive. You are aware that you too are a target in the offensive. The ruling classes of your country and the imperialists in support to them shall undoubted further intensify offensives on you in the present war atmosphere. Scores of militants and sympathizers were arrested. You lost above two dozen comrades during this time. Our party firmly believes that the areas of revolutionary movement of Turkey becoming more revolutionary with their blood shall uphold their sacrifices and try to achieve their ideals with undeterred determination. Your efforts to temper the party overcoming the escapists, groupists in the protracted revolutionary movement is commendable. 

Your party held the first Conference in 1978. Since then, in spite of serious problems in your party you are working abiding to the path of revolution. You identified and rectified the failure in developing leadership skill and non-confidence reveals your Communist greatness. The role of women in the movement is to be upheld. There is a dynamic path for struggle with the oppressed gender in class and social struggle. There are many women’s movements that make such a struggle. In addition to the existing problems, the struggle shall develop and go forward. It decided that with the present understanding, there is a need to develop an alliance on the basis of united practice of the organisations and forces that make ‘civil rights’ struggle on this problem. 

You uphold the equality of religions in the society of various religions. You explained that the oppressed religions are historically being violated of fundamental freedom and democratic rights and that the religious systems related to the Sunni religious system are always facing severe oppression, massacres and aggressive policies. It is commendable that your Congress declared the utmost democratic attitude towards religions when it said that the question of religious freedom including the Sunni religious system shall be an aspect of democratic right in the struggle for New Democratic Revolution.

‘Tikko’ is the name of the People’s Army that you formed as an army for the liberation of workers and peasants. War is for revolution. War is necessary for the needs of revolution. This is the only way for revolution. This kind of comprehensiveness and understanding against each and every conflict bring forth the correct attitude. 

At the time Kurd nationality movement and struggle are the fundamental and primary targets for fascism. Especially they are trying to forcibly surrender the Kurd guerilla forces and the entire forces of nationality struggle in legal and democratic sphere and to distance them from the other social forces. 

Our party conveys revolutionary greetings to the revolutionary prisoners on the occasion of 50th Anniversary celebrations for their courage and dare in molding the prisons as the vanguard centres of Communist ideas and revolutionary emotion upholding the party name, path, war and militancy in the dungeons of the enemy. They stood as models for struggle nature undeterred to make any kind of sacrifice. All of us must make serious efforts for the release of the struggling comrades who are making efforts for Communist and class struggle in the utmost rigorous conditions. Let us try to get them released in all possible methods. The exploitive ruling classes shall indulge in many conspiracies to keep them behind the bars all through their life in the present crisis, especially the imperialist war atmosphere. However, let us inform the prison comrades about the needs and problems of the revolutionary movement, to utilize their revolutionary services in a more and secret manner and to make them practice the truth that prisons are the big schools. Let us imbibe revolutionary confidence in them. 

Your party is organized with the objective to achieve the above aims and discussed all these in the earlier congress. We hope that you shall advance in a more determined manner and totally utilize the present conditions in a more consolidated, more enthusiastic manner in the direction of achieving them. Let us work with further determination for coordination and solidarity among the Maoist revolutionary parties all over the world and we hope that you shall take up this in a special manner. We hope that the entire revolutionary camp of TKP/ML shall be more dedicated to the advancement of revolution with a Bolshevik spirit and shall step further in the direction of fulfilling the demands that are coming forth in the present condition.

COLOMBIA: ¡Por la unidad internacional de los marxistas leninistas maoístas! ¡Adelante!

Revolución Obrera en su Editorial “La clase obrera y la unidad internacional de los comunistas”, del 25 de octubre de 2021, afirmó: hoy cuando más exacerbada está la lucha de clases, cuando más profundas se tornan las grietas del sistema imperialista, cuando más numeroso y extendido está el proletariado, cuando es más superexplotado y oprimido… los obreros del mundo no tienen una agrupación internacional que defienda intransigentemente sus intereses de clase, que oriente y contribuya a su organización en partido político en cada país, que dirija su lucha como un solo ejército mundial contra el imperialismo y sus lacayos nacionales, que promueva su alianza con los hermanos campesinos, que facilite la unidad entre el movimiento obrero y los pueblos del mundo que también combaten al imperialismo.

Desde entonces, los hechos de la inexorable agudización de las contradicciones mundiales, que mueven el sistema imperialista hacia su hundimiento definitivo en la historia de la sociedad, reafirman no solo la necesidad de la unidad internacional de los comunistas, decisiva para el triunfo de la Revolución Proletaria Mundial, sino la urgencia de concretarla.

Partidos y organizaciones marxistas leninistas maoístas de distintos países hacen ingentes esfuerzos para dar solución a la necesidad de su unidad en una Conferencia Internacional. Los camaradas del Comité Coordinador para una Conferencia Internacional Maoísta Unificada —CIIMU, han presentado unas Bases de Discusión, sobre las cuales se conocen pronunciamientos del Partido Comunista de Turquía / ML, de la Unión Obrera Comunista (mlm), y de Poder Proletario – Organización Propartido MLM (éstas últimas de Colombia), todo lo cual, ya significa ir más allá del reconocimiento puramente teórico o propagandístico de la necesidad de la unidad internacional.

Al mismo tiempo, es comúnmente aceptado que la lucha por la unidad de los comunistas, no se resuelve al margen de la lucha de clases, ni de la aguda y agitada situación de las contradicciones mundiales del sistema imperialista. Y es entonces cuando el acontecer del movimiento objetivo, influye determinantemente en la celeridad de las tareas del movimiento comunista, en este caso, en la urgencia de concretar la necesidad de su unidad.

Hoy el mundo es cada vez más, un hervidero de luchas y levantamientos de las clases trabajadoras contra las clases explotadoras y sus regímenes de terror, de luchas y guerras de las masas en los países oprimidos contra el yugo opresor y explotador impuesto por los países imperialistas, de enfrentamientos y guerras entre las potencias imperialistas tendientes a un nuevo reparto del mundo, cuyo vórtice se concentra en Ucrania, conllevando al aumento acelerado del peligro de una nueva guerra mundial imperialista.

Esta situación objetiva, es hoy una condición especial que remarca la urgencia de la unidad internacional de los marxistas leninistas maoístas; una condición especial distinta a las épocas de relativa calma cuando los comunistas no se ven apremiados para resolver las divergencias que los dividen.

En la situación actual, condicionar la necesidad de la unidad al acuerdo y deslinde de los marxistas leninistas maoístas en toda la Línea General, significa desentenderse de sus obligaciones políticas inmediatas, y convertir el principio de resolver los problemas de la unidad al calor de la lucha de clases, en una declaración vacua y sin sentido político.

Sin obviar las divergencias, ni conciliar con las ideas oportunistas, lo que se exige ahora, es resolver el problema de la unidad internacional de los comunistas teniendo en cuenta la urgenciaimpuesta por la situación actual, yendo de lo simple a lo complejo, reconociendo que es posible acordar una base mínima de unidad fundamental, en los principios más generales del Marxismo Leninismo Maoísmo, en la defensa de la experiencia histórica, en el análisis de la situación actual y las tareas de la Revolución Proletaria Mundial.

Base mínima de unidad que permita avanzar en la lucha de líneas por la unidad en toda la Línea General, trazar unos lineamientos comunes para la actuación política internacional, y concretar un centro organizado embrionario de la nueva Internacional Comunista.

En especial, hoy, la guerra imperialista en Ucrania deja al descubierto de forma terrible la debilidad política de los comunistas revolucionarios, resaltando amargamente la urgencia de unirse y unificar su actuación política internacional; hoy, cuando del que fuera el país de los Soviets, la unión de repúblicas gobernadas por la dictadura del proletariado, ahora salta la garra del imperialismo ruso dispuesta a recuperar su “patio trasero” a sangre y fuego; hoy, cuando ante la débil oposición y resistencia de los revolucionarios, el imperialismo yanqui a la cabeza los imperialistas europeos movilizan y disponen su máquina de guerra en el Este de Europa; hoy, cuando en Ucrania que fuera una república soviética, cuna de los heroicos partisanos comunistas y aguerridos soldados del Ejército Rojo protagonistas en primera fila de la derrota de los ejércitos nazis, dominan los neo-nazis perseguidores de comunistas y opresores supremacistas del pueblo ucraniano.

El compromiso actual con la necesidad y urgencia de la unidad de los marxistas leninistas maoístas en una Conferencia Internacional Unificada, no es solo con las tareas de cada partido en la lucha de clases en cada país, sino que atañe directamente con la lucha de clases en todo el planeta, con los intereses internacionales del proletariado, con la causa de la Revolución Proletaria Mundial, con su emancipación y la emancipación de la humanidad.

La India, a la que los imperialistas les gusta llamar la "mayor democracia del mundo", es en realidad una cárcel popular de enormes proporciones. El segundo país más poblado del mundo está sufriendo los abusos de los imperialistas, especialmente del imperialismo estadounidense, como reserva de materias primas, mano de obra y tierras baratas. La profundización de la crisis mundial del imperialismo, junto con los intentos reaccionarios de utilizar la pandemia de COVID como pretexto para trasladar la carga de la crisis, ha llevado la opresión y la explotación a niveles aparentemente inmensurables. En un país en el que el 77% de la población vive con medio dólar estadounidense (20 rupias) al día, en el que una gran parte de la población ni siquiera tiene acceso al jabón, millones de personas se han visto privadas de sus medios de vida de un plumazo con los cierres patronales. Con cada nuevo recrudecimiento de la crisis, el imperialismo no hace más que demostrar más claramente que se trata de " una reacción a lo largo de todo el camino ", y que es precisamente en la fase de su descomposición cuando debe arremeter cada vez con más fuerza contra los trabajadores y los pueblos. Pero la resistencia masiva se levanta y se desarrollan luchas de enormes proporciones: en 2020, una vez más, se llevó a cabo la mayor huelga de la historia de la humanidad; al mismo tiempo, el año pasado se desarrolló un movimiento campesino que se extendió por todo el país durante meses, abarcando a cientos de millones y resonando en muchas partes del mundo. La guerra popular dirigida por el Partido Comunista de la India (maoísta) da a los millones de trabajadores, campesinos, mujeres y nacionalidades oprimidas la firme perspectiva y la esperanza de romper el dominio del imperialismo, la explotación y la opresión mediante la Revolución de Nueva Democracia. "La actual Guerra Popular Prolongada en la India muestra claramente el camino para alcanzar el poder del Estado. Todas las clases y sectores oprimidos del país deben ponerse a la altura de las circunstancias para destruir el sistema de explotación de los imperialistas, la burguesía burocrática compradora y los grandes terratenientes y alcanzar el poder estatal." Mediante el genocidio, la clase dominante en la India, junto con sus amos imperialistas, intenta ahogar en sangre las luchas de las masas y la revolución. Pero por muy furiosos y crueles que fueran sus intentos, como la "Operación Cacería Verde" o la "Operación SAMADHAN", con las que querían "eliminar completamente" la guerra popular para el año 2022, ¡acabaron derrotados incluso antes de que pudieran concluirse oficialmente! Todos estos intentos sólo mostraron más claramente a los oprimidos y explotados la actitud antidemocrática y genocida de los imperialistas y sus títeres indios. Por otra parte, las fuerzas democráticas y antiimperialistas se cohesionaron aún más en torno a la dirección revolucionaria y extendieron la revolución a nuevas zonas. El profundo apego del Partido a las masas y la firmeza con que dirige la revolución, la guerra popular, dan un gran ejemplo y esperanza a las fuerzas antiimperialistas y revolucionarias de todo el mundo. A finales de 2021, se lanzó una nueva campaña genocida "Prahaar - 3" con el objetivo de asesinar a importantes dirigentes de la guerra popular y del Partido. Pero incluso aquí, los intentos iniciales fueron rechazados heroicamente por las masas en lucha bajo la dirección del PCI (maoísta), los campamentos policiales recién formados fueron rodeados y asediados, ¡mostrando que esta campaña contrarrevolucionaria también está condenada al fracaso!

Con el avance de la crisis del sistema dominante que se desarrolla en todo el mundo, las clases dominantes de la India y el gobierno de Modi también se enfrentan a una profunda crisis política, que están tratando de resolver mediante el fortalecimiento del fascismo hindú. Se han creado leyes antidemocráticas y fascistas para establecer una "legitimidad legal" que permita cazar a las fuerzas progresistas, antiimperialistas y revolucionarias. 10.000 presos políticos se están consumiendo en las cárceles del viejo Estado indio, la mayoría de ellos sin cargos y sin derechos. Uno de ellos es el profesor G. N. Saibaba, antiguo secretario general del Frente Democrático Revolucionario de la India. Aunque el profesor Saibaba está paralizado en un 90% y en silla de ruedas, ha luchado toda su vida firmemente del lado de los oprimidos y explotados de la India, defendiendo al PCI (maoísta) con todo lo que tenía y apoyando la guerra popular. Construyó toda su existencia sobre la base de que la lucha de todos los pueblos por el poder político está justificada, los pueblos oprimidos y explotados tienen derecho a la autodeterminación, incluido el derecho a la separación. El profesor Saibaba se ha convertido así no sólo en un símbolo de la resistencia de la principal fuerza de la revolución en la India, los campesinos y su justificada lucha, sino también en un importante impulsor de las luchas de los trabajadores, en sus esfuerzos por aplastar el poder de los inversores extranjeros, la política antiobrera de los gobernantes. Pero el viejo Estado indio no se limita a encerrar a presos como el profesor Saibaba, sino que se dedica a exterminar. Cerca de 2000 presos políticos han sido asesinados en las cárceles indias en los últimos 20 años: A través de la tortura, las condiciones deplorables de la prisión o la negación de tratamiento médico. Bajo el liderazgo del PCI (maoísta), se desarrolló un poderoso movimiento de masas en defensa de los derechos de los presos políticos, en el que numerosos intelectuales democráticos, abogados y activistas de los derechos humanos también se sitúan firmemente del lado de los presos privados de derechos. Miles y miles también respondieron al llamado del Partido en las cárceles, y crearon instrumentos de unión y lucha política aún en esta difícil situación de la lucha de clases. Por ello, llamamos a todas las organizaciones e individuos progresistas, democráticos y revolucionarios del mundo a defender los derechos de los presos políticos, a exigir su reconocimiento como presos políticos y de guerra, y a apoyar la lucha por su inmediata liberación.

¡La lucha contra el imperialismo está justificada y exige nuestra decidida solidaridad! El Comité Internacional de Apoyo a la Guerra Popular en la India dirige este llamamiento a todos los antiimperialistas, demócratas y revolucionarios del mundo: ¡Defendamos los derechos de los presos políticos en la India! Exijamos la liberación inmediata del profesor GN Saibaba y de todos los presos políticos. ¡Unámonos en la lucha contra el imperialismo! Llamamos a la celebración de un Día Internacional de Protesta el 23 de marzo, en el que se llevarán a cabo acciones de denuncia en diferentes países. Este Día de Acción es para lanzar una gran campaña que llegará a su poderosa conclusión el 13 de septiembre. TURQUIA: Acciones del TKP/ML en diferentes países en las últimas semanas (demvolkedienen.org)

 Continúa la campaña para conmemorar el 50 aniversario de la fundación de TKP/ML. En Turquía y muchos otros países, los revolucionarios proletarios están desarrollando acciones para celebrar este 50 aniversario.

En medio de la lucha de clases, el 24 de abril de 1972, el compañero Ibrahim Kaypakkaya fundó el TKP/ML y se encendió la guerra popular en Turquía. El camarada Kaypakkaya ha estado luchando por la implementación de los principios maoístas desde la década de 1960 y sobre esta base se fundó el TKP/ML bajo su dirección. Poco más de un año después, el 18 de mayo de 1973, Kaypakkaya fue asesinado tras meses de tortura por negarse a cooperar con la reacción.

India, which the imperialists like to call the "world's largest democracy", is in reality a peoples' dungeon of enormous proportions. The second most populous country in the world is being abused by the imperialists, especially U.S. imperialism, as a reservoir of cheap raw materials, labor and land. The deepening global crisis of imperialism, together with reactionary attempts to use the COVID pandemic as a pretext for shifting the burden of the crisis, has pushed oppression and exploitation to seemingly immeasurable levels. In a country where 77% of the population lives on half a US dollar (20 rupees) a day, where a large portion of the population does not even have access to soap, millions have been deprived of their livelihoods in one fell swoop through lockdowns. With each further intensification of the crisis, imperialism only proves more clearly that it is "reaction all along the way", and that it is precisely in the phase of its decomposition that it must strike out ever more panic-stricken against the workers and peoples. But massive resistance is rising and struggles of enormous proportions are developing: in 2020, once again, the largest strike in human history was carried out; at the same time, last year saw the development of a peasant movement that spread across the entire country for months, encompassing hundreds of millions and echoing in many parts of the world. The people's war led by the Communist Party of India (Maoist) gives the millions of workers, peasants, women and oppressed nationalities the firm perspective and hope to break the rule of imperialism, exploitation and oppression through the New Democratic Revolution. "The ongoing Protracted People's War in India clearly shows the path to attain state power. All the oppressed classes, sections of the country must rise to the occasion to destroy the exploitive system of the Imperialists, Comprador Bureaucratic Bourgeoisie and Big Landlords and attain state power." With the means of genocide, the ruling class in India, together with its imperialist masters, is trying to drown the struggles of the masses and the revolution in blood. But as furious and cruel as their attempts were, like "Operation Green Hunt" or "Operation SAMADHAN", with which they wanted to "completely eliminate" the people's war by 2022, they ended in defeat even before they could be officially concluded! All these attempts only showed more clearly to the oppressed and exploited the anti-democratic, genocidal grimace of the imperialists and their Indian puppets. The democratic and anti-imperialist forces, on the other hand, coalesced even more tightly around the revolutionary leadership and extended the revolution to new areas. The Party's deep attachment to the masses and the steadfastness with which it is leading the revolution, the people's war, give a great example and hope to anti-imperialist and revolutionary forces all over the world. In the end of 2021, a new genocidal campaign "Prahaar - 3" was launched with the aim of assassinating important leaders of the People's War and the Party. But even here, initial attempts were heroically repulsed by the struggling masses under the leadership of the CPI(Maoist), newly formed police camps were surrounded and besieged, showing that this counter-revolutionary campaign is also doomed to failure!


With the advancing crisis of the ruling system developing worldwide, India's ruling classes and the Modi government are also facing a deep political crisis, which they are trying to solve by strengthening Hindu-Fascism. Anti-democratic and fascist laws have been created to establish a "legal legitimacy" for the hunt on progressive, antiimperialist and revolutionary forces. 10.000de political prisoners are stewing in the jails of the old Indian state, most of them without charges and without rights. One of them is Professor G. N. Saibaba, former General Secretary of the Revolutionary Democratic Front of India. Although Professor Saibaba is 90% paralyzed and in a wheelchair, he has fought all his life firmly on the side of the oppressed and exploited of India, defending the CPI(Maoist) with everything he had and supporting the People's War. He built his entire existence on the understanding that the struggle of every people for political power is justified, the oppressed and exploited peoples have a right to self-determination, including the right to disengagement. Professor Saibaba has thus become not only a symbol of the resistance of the main force of the revolution in India, the peasants and their justified struggle, but also an important inspirer of the struggles of the workers, in their efforts to smash the power of foreign investors, the anti-working class policies of the rulers. But the old Indian state is not about simply locking up prisoners like Professor Saibaba, they are about extermination. Nearly 2000 political prisoners have been murdered in Indian jails over the last 20 years: Through torture, deplorable prison conditions or denial of medical treatment. Under the leadership of the CPI(Maoist), a powerful mass movement developed in defense of the rights of political prisoners, in which numerous democratic intellectuals, lawyers, human rights activists also stand firmly on the side of the disenfranchised prisoners. Thousands and thousands also answered the call of the Party in the prisons, and they created instruments of political union and struggle even in this difficult situation of the class struggle. We therefore call on all progressive, democratic and revolutionary organizations and individuals worldwide to defend the rights of political prisoners, to demand their recognition as political prisoners and prisoners of war, and to support the struggle for their immediate release.


The struggle against imperialism is justified and demands our resolute solidarity! The International Committee in Support of the People's War in India addresses this call to all antiimperialists, democrats and revolutionaries worldwide: Let us defend the rights of political prisoners in India! Let us demand the immediate release of Professor GN Saibaba and all political prisoners. Let us unite in the struggle against imperialism! We call for an International Day of Action on 23th of March, where protest actions will be set in different countries. This Day of Action is to launch a major campaign that will reach its powerful conclusion on the 13th of September. Let us make this campaign a beacon of internationalism, a powerful impetus for the expansion of international solidarity with the People's War in India, as an important part of the worldwide struggle to defeat imperialism!

Condemn the arrest and Fight for the release of CCM of CPI (Maoist) Comrade Kanchanda (Arunkumar Bhattacharjee)! 

                                           

The Central Committee of the CPI (Maoist) condemns the arrest of its member Comrade Arunkumar Bhattacharjee (Kanchanda) in a tea plantation of Udarband area in the state of Assam along with Comrade Aakash Urang (Rahul, Kajal). It appeals to the democrats, civil rights organisations and the people of the country to condemn the arrest. Comrade Kanchanda, a senior comrade of the party was elected into the CC in 2004 at the time of merger of the two erstwhile parties MCCI and CPI (ML) (People's War). 

He was re-elected into the CC in the Unity Congress-Ninth Congress of the Party held in 2007. He worked among workers in the Bihar-Jharkhand Special Area for a long time. He was also looking after the party affairs in West Bengal and Assam by the time of his arrest. At the age of 72 he was working actively to fulfill his responsibilities given by the Party. 

The Indian government adopted the SAMADHAN-Prahar fascist military offensive in a bid to eliminate the Party, PLGA and the revolutionary movement. The arrest is part of the unceasing attacks targeting the leadership. We appeal to the various revolutionary, democratic and rights organisations to oppose the ongoing offensive and to fight for the release of Comrade Kanchanda and all the political prisoners of the country. As he is suffering from different ailments, we also appeal to demand the government to provide him better treatment.

 Tens of thousands of revolutionary and communist prisoners in our country and around the world are imprisoned in prisons as the price of continuing class struggle and making revolution, and holding the flag of socialism and communism against the dominant exploitation and repression schemes. Revolutionary and communist prisoners, physically confined to four walls in the hands of the enemy, are struggling to survive and exist under the most severe conditions. The problem of political imprisonment parallel to the development of class struggle is further on its agenda as an important area that should be focused by revolutionary and communist forces.

While the continuity of the economic and political crisis of the imperialist-capitalist system deepens the contradictions between the classes, the opposition and rebellion of the oppressed and exploited masses are also growing. The response of the ruling classes is to become more reactionary, in the form of more fascist aggression and more widespread arrests. Reactionary, fascist bourgeois states have more widely implemented the forms and methods of eliminating democratic rights and freedoms with racist, reactionary laws, “anti-terror” laws, by usurping democratic rights and freedoms earned at great cost. The most obvious consequence of this situation is the widespread growth of political captivity. The number and problems of political captivity in comparison with the development of class struggle are also increasing. This problem is continuous, not periodic, and solidarity with revolutionary and communist prisoners needs to be strengthened and systematically made.

Prisons are mainly areas where representatives of the two hostile classes, who are in irreconcilable opposition to each other, are fighting for their will.

Since the middle of the 19th century, prisons have become the most important means of maintaining repression and sovereignty, especially against revolutionaries and communists, in terms of the ruling classes. In parallel, the rapid increase in the number of revolutionary and communist political prisoners in all areas where the struggle for revolution and socialism has risen has made prisons an effective component of class struggle as strongholds of resistance.

The masses of workers and laborers formed solidarity organizations with the prisoners in many countries and tried to be their voice outside. By the 1920s, the “Red Aid Organization” and solidarity groups, led by the Comintern, had developed widely. This orientation has created a strong international network of solidarity for political prisoners. At the end of these widespread activities, the Comintern declared March 18 as “Day of Solidarity with Political Prisoners” in 1923. Thus, March 18th became the International Day of Solidarity with Political Prisoners. Revolutionary and communist prisoners do not submit with the resistance and determination of being representatives of a just fight, they continue their fights in prisons at the cost of life, and they turn prisons into “shining trenches of war”.

Prisons are the naked face of the ruling system.

Prisons are like mirrors showing the naked reality of registent sovereign systems.
We see the Turkish state in systematic torture and massacres in the Prison cells of Amed, during a massacre operation on December 19th, in the beating of 12 prisoners with sticks in Diyarbakir prison and in the torture and slaughter of 10 prisoners in Ankara Ulucans prison, and massacres in Ümraniye, Buca prisons.
We saw U.S. imperialism in the prisons of Vietnam, in the prisons of Saigon, in the torture of Vietnamese communists, when they applied it to the Black Panthers, when they applied it to Abu Jamal, in Guantanamo, in abu ghraib.
We saw German imperialism slaughtering RAF prisoners in Stammheim prison.
We saw British imperialism in the torture and slaughter of Baby Sands and his comrades.
We saw Italian imperialism slaughtering the Italian Red Brigades in prisons accompanied by helicopters. We see Iranian retaliation in the torture of Evin prisons and the slaughter of 30,000 people, including 5,000 prisoners and their families, and their hostility towards the Kurdish patriots they hang every day.
We see the Peruvian state in the killing of 124 CPP prisoners in Callao and Lima prisons, accompanied by tanks in the Peruvian Navy operation. We see the same Peruvian state burning to death president Gonzalo’s body after he was severely isolated at a Navy naval base for 29 years. We see Spanish imperialism in its torture of communists and ETA prisoners.
In Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Afghanistan, Greece… In short, the practices of all states in prisons, without exception, based on exploitation and plun d’or in all geographies of the world, continue to be naked proof of the reality in prisons.
Wherever the imperialist-capitalist barbarism system reigns, the struggle for independence, freedom, revolution and socialism is isolated in the dungeons.

In India, where the People’s War is on a rising trajectory and parallel state violence is increasing, the number of CPI(Maoist) prisoners is growing rapidly and the problem of political captivity is growing. Mass arrests of fascist Modi’s government for massacrer attacks on Communist Party of India (Maoist) forces waging a People’s War for a New Democratic Revolution continue, with arrests ranging from CPI(Maoist) leadership cadres to intellectuals and people on the grounds that they are supporters of the CPI(Maoist).

In recent years, Indian fascism has failed to prevent the CPI(Maoist) from advancing despite all its brutality and aggression in the “Green Hunt” operations and intensive arrests. In the last period, he tries to prevent the revolution and maintain the power of the exploitative classes by arresting communists, intellectuals and people with the operations of “Prahar 3”. But it should be known that all the oppressed of the world and all the solidarity and support of the international proletariat stand by the People’s War in India. The Indian state, which is a servant and part of imperialist world reactionaryism, will not be able to prevent the struggle for the developing New Democratic Revolution and Socialism. In EU countries, and also the United States, which consider themselves the cradle of democracy, human rights and freedoms, the reactionary policy of isolation prison cell’s continiue. The increasing impoverishment of the people in parallel with the deepening and perpetual economic and political crises of the imperialist capitalist system deepens the class contradictions and the growing reaction of the people makes these states more repressive. In recent years, the powers given to the security forces in imperialist states have been continuously increased. This makes police and other security forces even more aggressive and reckless, while at the same time making arrests easier because of the laws used as the basis for this aggression. The formal differences between these states, which market bourgeois state systems as the embodiment of democracy and human rights, and semi-colonial dictatorships are visibly disappearing with the growth of social opposition, which is being created by deepening contradictions. The reality is that the state is a means of repression and domination in the hands of the ruling class. Whether imperialist capitalist or semi-colonial, states position themselves as protectors and protectors of the interests of the bourgeoisie and other exploitative classes. In parallel with the laws that have come into force in recent years and the increasing pressure, many revolutionaries are imprisoned for various reasons and kept in prison for years. There is a process that competes with the systems under bourgeois- feudal, reactionary, fascist dictatorship and sometimes operates extortion with „rights“ and repression that is further ahead of them with some of its practices. The 129 a-b “anti- terrorism” laws, which are also in force in Germany, are no different from the “Anti-Terrorism Laws” in Turkey and similar states. Revolutionary prisoners in German prisons are subjected to isolation and all kinds of oppression in solitary confinement. TKP/ML prisoners were kept in the most severe isolation and isolation for years, while PKK, DHKP/C prisoners were subjected to similar pressures and subjected to similar isolations. There is a similar situation in Greece. DHKP/C prisoners have been sentenced to sentences of up to decades. In the United States, Black Panther members were imprisoned for decades but only killed, and Mumia Abu Jamal, a former spokeswoman for the Black Panther Party, was imprisoned for 41 years and Georges Abdallah was imprisoned by French imperialism for 38 years. Just as Elena Iparragime, a member of CPP CC, has been imprisoned for 30 years at the naval base of military and under severe isolation.

Turkish prisons are also a torture center. Systematic torture, ill-treatment, rights violations and all forms of isolation are directed at dissidents, patriots, revolutionaries and communists. Hundreds of patients in prisons suffer from health problems and prisoners are sentenced to death. The deaths of sick prisoners in prisons have been normalized. Today, there are dozens of communist prisoners in Turkey’s prison cells, as well as thousands of patriots and hundreds of prisoners of various revolutionary forces. Leader of the Kurdish national movement Abdullah Ocalan has been in strict isolation on Imrali, a isolated island, for 22 years.

Thousands of revolutionaries, socialists and communists around the world are held captive and prisoners in the dungeons of imperialist-capitalist bandits and fascist-reactionary regimes for freedom and revolution. In the face of the persecution and oppression of sovereigns in India, Turkey, Peru, the Philippines, Israel, France, Germany, Greece and all over the world, let us once again embrace patriotic, revolutionary and communist prisoners in all areas and stand in solidarity. Let’s unite our voices with the resistance of the revolutionary prisoners. Let’s make the voices of the revolutionary prisoners public. Let’s take the revolutionary prisoners to every platform that they are not alone. Let us stand in stronger solidarity outside with those who are physically captives and prisoners in the struggle for revolution, socialism and a communist world, and raise the revolutionary struggle!

The resistance of revolutionary and communist prisoners, who cannot be surrendered with policies of repression, torture, execution, isolation and intimidation, inspires our struggle. The prisons where class struggle continues are the shining trenches and lines of resistance of the revolution. Glory to the revolutionaries and communists who do not bow their heads in the dungeons with their principled, militant, revolutionary and proletarian class stance!

On the occasion of March 18th, let us take care of the revolutionaries and communists who are imprisoned in the fight against capitalism, imperialism, fascism and all kinds of reactions internationally, and raise our solidarity.
