The world campaign against Operation Kagaar that continues, has denounced and affected imperialists and Modi’s government set the target to wipe put the Indian democratic, popular and revolutionary movement and to affected the people's war led by the CPI (Maoist), that are the real political alternative for the proletarians and the people of India

All campaigns of the fascist Modi's regime, developed in recent years from “Green Hunt” onwards have failed to achieve the objective that the regime had.

Now Modi claim he will wipe out the people’s war, the revolutionary movement and the CPI(M) by march 2026.
The International Committee to Support the People’s War In India (ICSPWI) calls all the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist communist parties and organizations, the revolutionary parties, the anti-imperialist forces, to meet the challenge launched by the Modi’s government with a one-year-long campaign from Avril 2025 to March 2026.

It is one year of mobilization and support for the Indian revolution which ICSPWI calls to. It will begin with an international and internationalist week of action from 7 to 12 avril

The CPI (Maoist) and the popular masses are resisting and rejecting the Kagaar campaign with determination and heroism.
In any sector of the economy, the Modi’s regime is unloading on the masses the crisis brought by imperialism, its lackeys and the policies at the service of the big Indian capitalists, as Adani, Ambani etc and landlords

Modi was the first head of state in the world to go to meet and pay homage to the new chief of US imperialism, Trump. They had a meeting on February 12 to reaffirm the importance of their relationship in the framework of the alliances under the imperialist world system; particularly in the energy and defense sectors.
In the energy sector, Trump asks India to increasingly be the main customer of the American oil sector, which in the recent past had also been weakened by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Modi has committed to Trump to achieve the objective of bringing the trade between the two countries from 15 to 25 billions dollars in the energy sector over a five year term.
In the defense sector, India is the world's main importer of weapons, bought also from Russia and various countries in the world. In the mentioned meeting, Modi opened firther purchases from US and Trump offered to sell the F35s to India. Finally, as part of the strategic control of trade routes, the great novelty of the meeting was the decision to relaunch the project of the "India-Med-East-Europe corridor", that is, a corridor for goods, data and energy from India to Israel, Italy, up to the United States. This project already existed, but the attack of the Palestinian resistance and the contradictions that it caused between the State of Israel and the Arab countries had blocked it. With the meeting, Trump and Modi are relaunching this project.

This meeting Trump/Modi should make clear to everyone the indissoluble link that exists between American imperialism and its servants and the Indian regime.

The Indian regime is one of most important supporter of Netanyahu and his genocidal campaign in Palestine. For this reason, ICSPWI calls during the week of action and to unite the international solidarity with the resistance of the Palestinian people to the international campaign against the Modi regime and Imperialism.

ICSPWI call for Intensifing the mobilization against Kagaar operation made of massacres, forced deportations, murders of villagers and leaders of the tribal masses, social activists and revolutionary leaders, as well as persecution of the journalists and human rights activists who oppose it.

ICSPWI strongly takes up the call of the Indian comrades to support the people of Maad who are resolutely opposing the decision to use their lands and forests for the army maneuvers, as part of the increasing participation of the army in the genocidal war on people under the name of Operation Kagaar .
To support the people’s war in India and the Communist Party of India (Maoist) is one of the fundamental tasks of the revolutionary, anti-fascist, anti-imperialist communist movements of the world.

Princípios.

1) Buscamos difundir o Marxismo:

Difundir o interesse polo Marxismo é mui útil para o proletariado mais consciente. Entender isto é tam fácil como entender que um estudante de medicina, que ainda nom assistiu à sua primeira aula, vai estar mais interessado em ler um artigo sobre metabolismo humano que alguém lhe recomendou, do que vai estar interessado um estudante de astrologia. Um estudante de medicina estará predisposto a aprender sobre fisiologia. Um estudante de astrologia facilmente pode regeitar a medicina, regeitar os autores, regeitar a linguagem da ciência médica da academia burguesa, etc.

Uma pessoa que se sinta comunista está predisposta a falar a nossa mesma "língua", pessoas que se sentem astrólogas nom. De maneira que o aumento de pessoas que se sintem comunistas, ainda que nom tenha todos os conhecimentos que nos gostariam, devem de ser tido em conta como positivo. Devemos dar-lhe todas as facilidades, é assi de simples.

2) Buscamos treinar a militância:

Comprovar se somos capazes de argumentar, de resolver dúvidas, de seguir um pensamento; som cousas de utilidade.

Escuitando o que diz outra pessoa, ainda que a sua intervençom nom tenha em si muito interesse, simplesmente com fazer um exercício mental de crítica pode fortalecer a nossa linha de pensamento.

Se nom somos capazes de influenciar a pessoa que som comunistas, ou que se sintem comunistas. Como podemos influenciar a pessoas que simplesmente tenham um problema na empresa na que trabalham, o que querem é resolver esse  problema e nom se definem como comunistas? Como imos conseguir que os operários que simplesmente buscam resolver o seu problema laboral particular assumam umha tese minimamente comunista?

3) Como enfocar o trabalho para cumprir o objetivo mais geral:

Buscamos um estudo sério e em profundidade tanto das bases do socialismo científico, como das contradiçons sociais existentes na Galiza atual e das contradiçons sociais mundiais.

Buscamos fortalecer o Movimento Comunista Galego, entendo que este Movimento é mais um sentimento que um movimento social real. Desta maneira pessoas que nom militam em nada que se chame "comunista", tamém formam parte do Movimento Comunista Galego.

4) Exigências no funcionamento:

A) Manter um mínimo de ordem e cortesia nas intervençons.

B) Há pessoas que nom querem ser fotografadas, polo que nom se podem sacar fotografias, nem tampouco fazer gravaçons. As nossas reunions som públicas mas todos e todas devem entender que para criar um ambiente de confiança, há que respeitar as objeçons dos demais e cumprir as normas mínimas. Se alguém o solicitar, as pessoas que organizam as reunions podem fazer algumha foto e enviar-lha a quem o solicitar.

C) As pessoas participantes podem se expressar por internet, podem dar a sua opiniom sobre os temas tratados, utilidade dos atos, conclusons que sacou, etc, mas nom se pode dar o nome de nengumha pessoa que nom seja o próprio autor ou autora do comentário ou artigo. A atividade do Grupo de Estudo Marxista Contradiçom nom é clandestina nem nada parecido, simplesmente pretendemos que as costumes e o estilo de trabalho de uns nom incomode a outros. Mas, há que cumprir esta norma.

5) Mínimos exigíveis a qualquer pessoa que se sinta comunista:

A) Apoiar a autodeterminação dos povos, os movimentos de luita contra o colonialismo, as guerras populares, e os movimentos de libertaçom nacional.

B) Apoiar o antimilitarismo. Sabendo que estamos em um momento generalizado de aumento dos gastos militares dos estados burgueses para preparar as próximas guerras e tamém, em um momento de perigo dumha nova guerra mundial.

C) Apoiar a autodeterminaçom nacional da Galiza como umha obrigaçom nom só das comunistas senom tamém, como umha obrigaçom para qualquer democrata consequente. Entendendo que a autodeterminaçom da Galiza pode ser o exercício do direito burguês, consistente em um referendo de autodeterminaçom no qual se escolhe se formar um estado independente ou nom. Mas que tamém pode haver outra maneira legítima de considerar a autodeterminaçom da Galiza para alguns dos membros do Grupo de Estudos Marxista Contradiçom. Está outra maneira de entender a autodeterminaçom como o resultado da prática política revolucionária das grandes massas e nom como um referendo. Dá mesma maneira que os Argelinos se autodeterminarom sem nengum referendo.

D) Apoiar a Revoluçom Proletária na Galiza. Isto é a necessidade de que o proletariado galego conquiste o poder político e que "exproprie aos expropriadores".

E) Apoiar a Revoluçom Proletária Mundial. A necessidade do triunfo do proletariado na luita de classes mundial para superar definitivamente o capitalismo e avançar cara o comunismo.

PALESTINA:Liga Árabe: Oportunistas y colaboradores que se hacen pasar por defensores de Palestina

La cumbre de la Liga Árabe celebrada en El Cairo el martes 4 de marzo resultó en la adopción de una iniciativa liderada por Egipto para la reconstrucción de la Franja de Gaza, devastada por la guerra, como anunció el presidente egipcio Abdel Fatah al-Sisi en su declaración de cierre.

El plan postbélico, que propone una financiación de 53 mil millones de dólares, tiene como objetivo abordar la extensa destrucción en Gaza, consecuencia de la guerra genocida respaldada por Estados Unidos desde octubre de 2023. Sin embargo, más allá de sus objetivos declarados, la cumbre puso de manifiesto profundas contradicciones políticas dentro del liderazgo árabe.

Particularmente, la presencia de figuras como Abu Mohammad al-Golani, el exlíder de Al-Qaeda en Irak y fundador del Frente Al-Nusra, la filial siria de Al Qaeda, quien además colaboró con Abu Bakr al-Baqdadi, el emir de Daesh, debería haber generado serias preocupaciones sobre la composición de la cumbre y las agendas subyacentes.

Asimismo, Mahmud Abás, líder de la Autoridad Palestina—una entidad ampliamente criticada por su colaboración con la ocupación sionista en la represión y detención de palestinos, particularmente en la Cisjordania ocupada—estaba entre los asistentes.

Aunque oficialmente enmarcada como un foro para la reconstrucción de Palestina, la cumbre de alto perfil reflejó los fracasos morales y políticos del liderazgo árabe en general.

Muchos de los estados que estuvieron representados en la cumbre de El Cairo no solo se abstuvieron de apoyar al pueblo palestino durante la guerra genocida de 2023-2024 contra Gaza, sino que además buscaron activamente la normalización con la entidad colonialista ocupante.

Esta contradicción debería generar preguntas críticas sobre la sinceridad y eficacia de su plan de reconstrucción para Gaza, particularmente a la luz de sus continuas interacciones diplomáticas y económicas con la misma entidad responsable de la destrucción de Gaza.

Es un acto hipócrita y performativo sentarse en una sala no solo con los estados árabes—que permanecieron pasivos durante el genocidio en Gaza—sino también con Abu Mohammad al-Golani de Siria (hoy conocido como Ahmed al-Sharaa), una figura que se erigió como líder de Siria.

Bajo su autoridad, Maher Marwan, el recién nombrado gobernador de Damasco, declaró en una entrevista publicada el 27 de diciembre que el nuevo liderazgo sirio busca establecer relaciones cordiales con Israel, afirmando: "Queremos paz, y no podemos ser opositores de Israel".

Esto marca un claro cambio respecto a la era de Bashar al-Asad, bajo cuyo régimen nunca se llevaron a cabo negociaciones de paz con Israel. Sin embargo, con el ascenso de Al-Golani—habilitado por su papel como activo de Estados Unidos, Israel, Turquía y Qatar—estos esfuerzos de normalización parecen haberse alineado tanto con sus ambiciones personales como con los intereses de estas potencias extranjeras.

Como líder del grupo militante Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), Al-Golani afirma liderar un movimiento sirio de liberación. No obstante, bajo su mando, Siria ha experimentado numerosas masacres, particularmente dirigidas a la limpieza étnica de las comunidades chiíes, alauitas y cristianas, lo que revela las profundas contradicciones y la naturaleza violenta de su autoproclamado liderazgo.

La Cumbre Árabe de 2025 también estuvo marcada por traiciones a varios niveles, especialmente con la presencia del presidente libanés Joseph Aoun. Esta cumbre fue su primer encuentro regional desde que asumió el cargo en enero.

Tanto Aoun como Al-Golani fueron vistos sentados uno al lado del otro, una imagen que no solo equivale a una falta de respeto por los innumerables mártires que Líbano ha dado tanto por la causa palestina como por la libanesa, sino que también refleja una traición insensible y desconectada de la realidad.

Un presidente libanés—que debería representar al pueblo libanés—se sentó entre líderes que abiertamente ven al movimiento de resistencia Hezbolá como una amenaza, mientras simultáneamente legitiman la presencia de HTS, un grupo responsable de masacrar civiles sirios.

HTS incluso ha participado en enfrentamientos armados con el ejército libanés a lo largo de la frontera entre Líbano y Siria, lo que hace que esta escena sea aún más vergonzosa y contradictoria.

El resultado de su coqueteo sigue siendo incierto y solo podrá evaluarse en función de los desarrollos concretos sobre el terreno. Con Israel avanzando más profundamente en territorio sirio, los ataques continuos en el sur del Líbano por parte del ejército israelí y la agresión constante en Cisjordania ocupada, la situación podría resultar en un espectáculo de teatrillos políticos entre el Al-Golani sirio y Líbano, o llevar a cambios más significativos.

Sin embargo, el factor decisivo será Hezbolá y cómo el movimiento de resistencia decida responder. Estas conversaciones también se están llevando a cabo deliberadamente para debilitar el papel de Irán en proporcionar asistencia financiera a Hezbolá—un objetivo que el enemigo israelí busca lograr mediante intermediarios como Al-Golani y Mahmud Abás.

A pesar de estos esfuerzos, los grupos de resistencia palestinos, incluidos HAMAS y la Yihad Islámica Palestina (PIJ), han expresado abiertamente su gratitud por el inmenso apoyo de Irán.

De manera similar, Hezbolá se beneficia considerablemente de la ayuda iraní, aunque Irán no juega un papel en el liderazgo de Hezbolá ni en la ejecución de sus estrategias. Estos grupos de resistencia operan de manera independiente, pero también coordinan cuando es necesario.

La afirmación de que Hezbolá opera como una mera extensión de los intereses estratégicos de Irán es una tergiversación deliberada, construida para enmarcar al grupo de resistencia dentro de un pretexto iraní. Esta afirmación no solo distorsiona la toma de decisiones independiente de Hezbolá, sino que también sirve como una herramienta retórica para deslegitimar su papel en los movimientos de resistencia regionales.

El mártir Seyed Hasan Nasralá ha afirmado explícitamente en varias ocasiones que Hezbolá formula sus propias políticas y decisiones estratégicas sin dictados externos. La persistencia de esta narrativa está profundamente arraigada en la retórica islamófoba y antichí, desplegada estratégicamente para debilitar a las poblaciones musulmanas que han apoyado firmemente la causa palestina.

Más allá de sus implicaciones ideológicas, este discurso también funciona como un mecanismo de coerción geopolítica, intensificando las presiones externas sobre Hezbolá en un momento en que la organización enfrenta crecientes desafíos desde múltiples frentes adversarios.

Además, esta narrativa sirve directamente a los intereses de figuras como Al-Golani, ya que Hezbolá sigue siendo una fuerza crítica que impide la consolidación a gran escala de los poderes hostiles tanto en Líbano como en Damasco—específicamente en esta última, donde el santuario del Hazrat Zainab tiene un gran significado religioso.

La agenda más amplia detrás de esta narrativa fabricada no es solo aislar a Hezbolá, sino remodelar las dinámicas de poder de la región al facilitar la infiltración de actores alineados con los intereses occidentales e israelíes.

El Ejército Árabe Sirio luchó valientemente en la guerra de 2011, soportando más de una década de guerra contra grupos respaldados por Israel, incluidos Al-Qaeda y Daesh. Muchos de los combatientes que se unieron a esta batalla eran hombres libaneses de Hezbolá, motivados tanto por su deber de defender la tierra como por su obligación religiosa de proteger el santuario del Hazrat Zainab en Damasco.

La lección más amplia de esta cumbre de la Liga Árabe es que no solo estuvo llena de líderes árabes hipócritas, sino también de individuos que, a pesar de su identidad religiosa, no supieron defender ni siquiera los principios islámicos y morales más fundamentales.

Durante más de un año y medio, los niños de Gaza suplicaron ayuda—no solo para que terminara la guerra, sino también para recibir ayuda esencial, como alimentos y agua.

Sin embargo, Egipto se negó a abrir la frontera de Rafah, y muchos gobiernos árabes permanecieron indiferentes, impulsados por la codicia y el interés propio. En contraste, los líderes de Yemen, Hezbolá, Irak e Irán tomaron medidas, siendo Hezbolá el primer movimiento de resistencia árabe en entrar en la guerra el 8 de octubre de 2023, sin ninguna solicitud formal para hacerlo, como confirmó HAMAS.

Siria jugó un papel crucial en el Eje de Resistencia, particularmente a través de su apoyo material, que contribuyó significativamente al armamento de Hezbolá y HAMAS. Sin embargo, hoy en día, no solo la mayoría de las bases militares sirias han sido bombardeadas por el enemigo sionista, sino que el país está pasando por un proceso de desmilitarización total—todo mientras esta agresión continúa sin respuesta, permitida por Al-Golani.

Cientos de hombres libaneses fueron martirizados luchando contra Daesh y sus grupos escindidos en Siria, evitando que Líbano cayera bajo el control de los fanáticos terroristas.

A la luz de estos hechos, la cumbre árabe que presenciamos no solo fue una vergüenza, sino un acto de extrema traición. Mientras tanto, Siria es ahora una tierra de masacres, violencia de pandillas y saqueo de las casas de las personas.

Esta cumbre no solo expuso las profundas fracturas dentro del liderazgo árabe y musulmán, sino que también sirvió como recordatorio de que, mientras los hombres dentro de la resistencia continúan haciendo sacrificios, aquellos cómplices de la traición pavimentan el camino para una mayor ocupación y destrucción, que indudablemente será respondida con mayor resistencia.

GRECIA: the Anti-Imperialist Anti-War Internationalist Meeting in Athenes

 

A very important, rich, massive and multifaceted political process, with movement and cultural aspects, was the Anti-Imperialist Anti-War Internationalist Meeting, which took place on the weekend of February 22 and 23 at Panteion University and in Kallithea. It had been preceded, throughout the previous period, by the intensive and wide dissemination of the call for this initiative, which the KKE(m-l) took, considering it as an important contribution to the cause of building the -so necessary- anti-imperialist-anti-war movement, as well as to the pursuit of coordination and understanding with organizations from various countries of the world, on this basis. In the two-day event, in addition to the large number of people who participated from Athens and the province, delegations of organizations and forces from various countries also attended.

The events began on Saturday morning, with a militant demonstration in Kallithea, where demonstrators from Greece and foreign delegations, starting from Davaki Square, marched on the central avenue of El. Venizelou and "painted" the neighborhood with anti-imperialist and anti-war slogans, against the unjust US-NATO-Russia war in Ukraine and for Freedom in Palestine, from the Mediterranean to Jordan. The interest of the people of the area, which was full of people, was evident.

Then, in a packed hall at Panteion, the internationalist event began with the theme: "The state of the anti-war-anti-imperialist movement, today's problems and the necessary steps to address them."

At this, after the welcome on behalf of the KKE(m-l), by Comrade Tasos Bairaktaris , followed by the statement of Comrade Nikos Papavassiliou, on behalf of the KKE(m-l) Central Committee , who presented, in 8 points, the assessments and positions of the Organization. Afterwards, a video was shown with the greeting from the Revolutionary Student Front in India. The statements from the international delegations that attended followed:

Often, the hall vibrated with slogans, while particular enthusiasm was expressed during the speech of the Palestinian activist, Yehya Asker, from the Palestinian Community of Thessaloniki.

Greetings were then read from organizations and forces that were unable to attend, such as the Revolutionary Communist League from Norway , the Revolutionary Front for the Defense of Popular Rights from Brazil and the Popular Current "Red Sun" from Mexico . Greetings were also read from the Anti-Imperialist League, while a brief greeting from the International Coordination of Solidarity in the People's War in India was read by the representative from Italy. The event concluded with brief closings of the organizations and the final statement on behalf of the K.O. of the KKE(m-l) by Comrade Nikos Papavassiliou.

The event concluded with the singing of the " Internationale ".

The entire process was characterized by intense political interest, given the juxtaposition of approaches and opinions, which, despite the particular and different assessments expressed on certain issues, all converged in opposition to every imperialist "protector" (USA-NATO-EU-Russia-China), in the need to develop the anti-imperialist-anti-war movement, as well as coordination between forces from various regions of the world, on this basis. An important achievement was the issuance of a Joint Communiqué for the Meeting, by the KKE(m-l) and with organizations abroad that attended, as well as the agreement to create a joint online newsletter.

On the evening of Saturday 22/2, a concert with Fanis Afanis, Zografos  and the Babuska Band followed, as well as an Ikarian feast , with a large turnout.

On the second day, the event for the anti-war movement in our country was held, "Ukraine, Middle East reactionary Greek-Turkish antagonism. The region is surrounded by the flames of war. We will not become meat for their cannons" , with the participation of Greek organizations.

After the welcome from the KKE (m-l), by Comrade Stratos Katsenis , followed the statement by Comrade Antonis Apostolakis, on behalf of the KKE (m-l) Central Committee.

Then the representatives of the Greek organizations took the floor:

• Alexis Zournatzidis, on behalf of the Enduring Struggle for Class Liberation.
• George Striftaras, on behalf of the Communist Liberation.
• Panagiotis Kalavanos, on behalf of Metavasi – Organization for the Communist Perspective.
• Panagiotis Argyrakis, on behalf of the M-L KKE.
• Stelios Drosos, on behalf of the Consistent Communist Forces.
• Aris Serinidis, on behalf of the Class Counterattack – Group of Anarchists and Communists.

Antonia Vafeiados also delivered a greeting, on behalf of EKKE.

A statement by the KKE(m-l) was also read for mass participation in the strike of February 28 against attempts to terrorize the people and provocations.

In his final statement, on behalf of the KKE(m-l), Comrade Antonis Apostolakis referred, among other things, to the negative fact of the "dystocia" in achieving joint action and in taking initiatives by left-wing organizations on the anti-war-anti-imperialist front, which the people need, despite the different assessments and disagreements, which were also expressed at this event.

Finally, the late N. Papavassiliou made a brief reference to the joint statement with the organizations abroad, which was read in Greek and English.

After the event concluded, the shocking theatrical monologue by Nicoletta Panayiotou , on the theme of heroic Palestine, Seven Jewish Children – A Play for Gaza, by Caryl Churchill, was presented.

Throughout the events, the venue hosted photo exhibitions and the "Beyond the Walls" bookstore, on whose table was also found the English edition of the book "The Peoples Will Not Remain Spectators in the Preparation of the Next World War", which was recently released.
