Acatamos y hacemos extensivo el llamado internacional del PCI (maoísta), para una Semana de acciones en apoyo a la lucha de la liberación palestina, que se librará del 2 al 8 de diciembre del 2023.

El Comite Internacional de Apoyo a la Guerra Popular en la India (ICSPWI) llama a todos los comites, organizaciones y partidos a participar.

¡Estamos con Palestina! ¡Exigiendo una pare inmediato a la guerra en Gaza por el fascista Israel! ... del 2 al 8 de diciembre de 2023, en protesta a la guerra injusta del títere del imperialismo estadounidense el fascista Israel, en protesta a la masacre de la gente de Palestina y en apoyo de la lucha de liberación de Palestina.
Palestina pertenece a Palestina siendo que el concepto de dos naciones está en contra de los derechos básicos de la gente de Palestina. El ataque realizado por Hamas el 7 de octubre es la inevitable respuesta a la Israel terrorista que busca exterminar a Palestina durante las últimas 7 décadas. Israel es responsable del ataque. Israel está haciendo la guerra a Gaza desde el 7 de octubre con la ayuda de los Estados Unidos y Gran Bretaña imperialistas. El genocidio por parte de la Israel terrorista ya cobró la vida de 16 .000 personas hasta hoy. Miles han resultado heridos. La mayoría de los residentes de Gaza se quedaron sin hogar. La mayoría de los muertos son niños y mujeres. Personal médico, activistas de ayuda y pocos periodistas también murieron en los ataques militares de Israel. Medio lakh de mujeres embarazadas de Palestina se ven privadas de un centro médico. Debido a la falta de agua y las instalaciones mínimas, las mujeres están tomando píldoras de noretisterona para retrasar la menstruación, que mostrarían efectos nocivos en su ciclo menstrual. Los ataques aéreos y militares de Israel están en aumento en Gaza. Israel está haciendo un bombardeo intenso día y noche en Gaza, independientemente de los lugares residenciales, hospitales, centros de ayuda, instituciones educativas, etc. Israel está violando gravemente todas las reglas internacionales y los derechos humanos en la guerra. Su historial se sigue llenando de innumerables crímenes de guerra. Como es de costumbre, las Naciones Unidas están actuando "formalmente" en interés de los imperialistas. La situación demanda considerar al primer ministro de Israel Benjamin Netanyahu y a su gobierno el de ser los principales líderes del partido Likud, los generales militares y otros oficiales principales como delincuentes de guerra. Estados Unidos, Gran Bretaña, Francia, Alemania, Italia y otros países imperialistas que apoyan a Israel también deben ser llevados a la Corte Internacional.

Let us observe PLGA foundation week from December 2nd to 8th 

As Action Week of Propaganda-Agitation 

In support of Palestine liberation struggle 

Demanding immediate stop to war on Gaza by fascist Israel! 

The Central Committee of the CPI (Maoist) calls upon the Party ranks, PLGA Guerrillas, Revolutionary Mass Organisations, Revolutionary People’s Committees and the entire ranks of United Front, people and democrats to observe the foundation week of People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) from the 2nd to the 8th December, 2023, in protest to the unjust war of the puppet of US imperialism the fascist Israel on Gaza, in protest to the massacre of Palestine people and in support to the Palestine liberation struggle being made by Hamas. 

The CC of our party affirmatively puts forth its opinion that Palestine belongs to Palestine and that the concept of two nations is against the basic rights of Palestine people. The CC strongly states that Hamas is not a terrorist organisation. The attack made by Hamas on 7th October is the resistance to the terrorist Israel that had been aggressing Palestine for the past above 7 decades. Israel is responsible for the attack. 

Israel is making war on Gaza since 7th October with the aid of imperialist US and Britain. It indulged in lots of massacres in which above ten thousand people died by now. Thousands have been injured. Most of the residents of Gaza became homeless. Most of the dead are children and women. Medical personnel, aid activists and few journalists also died in Israel military attacks. Half a lakh of Palestine pregnant women are deprived of medical facility. Due to lack of water and minimum hygienic facilities, the women are taking norethisterone pills to delay menstruation, that would show ill effects on their menstrual cycle. 

Air and military attacks of Israel are on the rise on Gaza. Israel is making intense bombing day and night on Gaza irrespective of residential places, hospitals, relief centres, educational institutions and so on. The people of Palestine are losing each and everything of their life. Those who sustained bombing are like aliens in their own land striving to live. Gaza is being crushed to mounts of ashes. 

Israel is grossly violating all international rules and human rights in the war. It is indulging in countless war crimes. As usual the United Nations is acting ‘formally’ in the interests of imperialists. The situation demands to consider the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu who is most adamant to talks with Hamas, the main leaders of the Likud party, the Military Generals and other main officers as war criminals and be given the most severe punishments. The US, Britain, France, Germany supporting Israel must also be brought to international court of law. 

The CC appeals to the people of the world to widely propagate that Hamasis not a terrorist organisation but an organisation working for the liberation of the people of Palestine. It appeals to hold aloft and support all kinds of resistance struggles of the people of Palestine, including the just resistance of Hamas. 

The CC calls upon the people of Israel who are opposing their government’s anti-people reform policies to unite with the people of Palestine, to uphold their just struggle and to oppose the chauvinism of their government. 

The people of India are facing the worst in the rule of BJP under the leadership Prime Minister Narendra Modi that resembles the Likud Party. The censoring of the statement of our party hailing the Palestine liberation 2 movement and the attack made by Hamas is an example to be remembered in this context. The BJP and its Hindutva organisations are instigating nationalist chauvinism and indulging in divisive policies among the youth. 

It calls upon that in this situation the democrats, progressive forces, rights activists and organisations, students, youth, workers, farmers, women, artists, writers and all left forces along with the people of India to stand with the people of the world who stood in support of the people of Palestine against the war, to intrude upon the ban of the central government and hold pro-Palestine, anti-war demonstrations, rallies and meetings. We must demand the Indian government to immediately pressurise Israel to halt war on Palestine. 

The CC appeals to raise voice to bring the Israel state established in the territory of Palestine through the US and Britain imperialists in its economic, political and military interests in Central Asia into pieces and establish a secular, democratic, single Palestine country where Palestine, Jew and Christian people live together.

INDIA: Expulsion of Comrade Balraj (Baccha Prasad Singh) from CPI (Maoist)

Expulsion of Comrade Balraj (Baccha Prasad Singh) from CPI (Maoist) 

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) expels Comrade Balraj (Baccha Prasad Singh) from all responsibilities and dissolves his primary Party membership, for his group, disruptive activities with right opportunist politics and running a parallel centre causing severe harm to the party. 

Comrade Balraj became a member of the Central Committee of Maoist Communist Centre of India (MCCI) formed with the merger of the erstwhile Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (Second CC) and erstwhile Maoist Communist Centre (MCC) in 2003. He continued to be a member of the CC in the CPI (Maoist) formed in 2004 with the merger of erstwhile CPI (ML) (People’s War) and MCCI and was elected to the Polit Bureau in the CC meeting held after the successful Congress of the CPI (Maoist) in 2007. As a CCM and PBM Comrade Balraj was a member of the North Regional Bureau (NRB) and also held its responsibility for a while. He was arrested in 2009 mainly since he did not follow secret method of functioning formulated by the CC even in intense repressive conditions and continued open relations with his family. 

Comrade Balraj did not demonstrate the least revolutionary determination when arrested. He was very weak and disclosed several of the party secrets to the enemy. He continued to be so in prison. When released in 2016, he did not make a deep self-criticism on his behavior in prison and did not go underground as per the decision of the CC. He was again and again arrested due to these weaknesses and did not even inform the CC of the details. 

Comrade Balraj did not implement the party resolution and had been grossly violating the Party Constitution, method of work, rules formulated by the Unity Congress-Ninth Congress and the decisions of the CC. Moreover, he indulged in group and disruptive activities against the political, military, organisational path and was not even ready to meet the in-charge of ERB. On one hand he took up ill propaganda against the ERB and the in-charge of ERB against the protracted plan and tactics formulated by the Unity Congress-Ninth Congress and the Central Committee. On the other, he went to the extent of forming a ‘parallel centre’ against the party with a few comrades of North Bihar, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Haryana and held meetings in the name of ‘meeting of Party leadership comrades’ working in several areas of North Region. 

Comrade Balraj is making ill propaganda making serious false allegations on the party leadership joining hands with the enemy. Apart from the above mentioned states, he is following divisive methods and making vain attempts to divert the party ranks of West Bengal and Bihar, to harm the revolutionary movement and People’s War and to split the party. He stepped aside from the fundamental path and the path of Protracted People’s War of our party. 

Although comrade Balraj indulged in anti-party activities and demoralized actions mentioned above to harm the party and the movement in the North Region, especially 2-U and Punjab, except for a few, the entire party cadres are committed to the party leadership and the fundamental line of the party. 

The Central Committee made the necessary resolutions in its 5th, 6th and 7th meetings to rectify the right opportunist understanding of Comrade Balraj. In view of his anti-party disruptive activities, the General Secretary of the Party issued a show-cause notice to him as per the resolution made in the CC meeting in 2021. The notice stated to immediately stop running a parallel centre and anti-party activities and to first implement the CC resolution failing which the CC would be taking disciplinary action. He did not reply to the show-cause notice. On the contrary, his antiparty, disruptive, opportunist methods rose further. Then the GS issued a letter as per the CC resolution detailing his practice. 

In fact, the practice of Comrade Balraj since his release from prison shows that he stepped aside of the fundamental line of the party theoretically and politically in a planned manner so as to live a normal life. In the name of giving utmost importance to have a CC to work openly and to establish people’s movements and Mass 2 Organisations, he denied the central task formulated, in the direction of armed revolutionary movement and formation of liberated areas approved by the Unity Congress-Ninth Congress of the party. He indulged in group, disruptive activities. He tried to harm the internal unity of the party since 2016. The CC gave him ample opportunities to rectify. He did not try to utilise. He lacked the least self-critical understanding. The 8 th meeting of the CC reviewed his entire practice and resolved to boycott him. 

The CC expels Comrade Balraj from the party and calls upon the ranks of the party, PLGA, sympathizers, supporters and revolutionary people to not continue any kind of relations in any level with him and to boycott him. Our party is tempered in class struggle and People’s War upholding the great sacrifices and heredity of the martyrs. It shall throw opportunists, disruptors, conspirators, degenerated elements and traitors as waste material and shall advance.

Contra a colonizaçom da Palestina e pola sua independência

A situaçom da Palestina.

Na Palestina estamos assistindo a um processo de colonizaçom em umha escala que hoje nom podemos ver em nengum outro lugar da Terra. Trata-se do mesmo processo de colonizaçom do passado mas, a diferença é que desta vez podemos assistir em direto graças à tecnologia do século XXI, é o mesmo processo que em América ou em África se deu nos séculos XVI, XVII, XVIII e XIX.

  A ocupaçom da Palestina é um processo de colonizaçom que ideologicamente é declarado como um processo que consiste em “levar a cultura, a indústria, o progresso e a civilizaçom aos povos bárbaros” mas que na realidade, a colonizaçom nom é espalhar a “cultura” de nengum tipo, nem o progresso senom que é, a encarnaçom da barbárie absoluta. A colonizaçom é um processo social de escravizaçom, de desterro, de implantaçom do racismo, de Apartheid, de “reservas índias” (em USA) tamém conhecidos como “bantustans” (em Sudáfrica), de extermínio étnico, e de genocídio. O colonialismo nom só degrada aos indígenas senom que tamém degrada psicologicamente aos próprios colonialistas.

  O colonialismo rouba as terras e as moradas aos indígenas, expulsa a populaçom autóctone, e entrega as terras a colonos armados que ocupam o território. Realmente nom é algo novo senom umha prática perfeitamente conhecida desde há séculos.

  O colonialismo é umha prática dos estados burgueses que som grandes potências e o estado de Israel é um instrumento dos Estados Unidos de América e os seus aliados (OTAN-UE).

  A redor da Palestina temos cinco milhons de refugiados (a maioria nos campos criados para eles nos países vizinhos), aos que temos que somar os mais de três milhons de pessoas que vivem detrás do muro que rodeia a Cisjordânia, ademais estám os mais de dous milhons de pessoas dentro do campo de concentraçom de Gaza. Só a soma destas pessoas supera a populaçom com passaporte de Israel. Mas na realidade resulta que ao total da populaçom palestina temos que somar perto de dous milhons de palestinos com passaporte de Israel e classificados juridicamente como “árabe-israelitas”.

  O Estado de Israel é sustentado ideologicamente por um nacionalismo que toma como base o discurso racista e clerical do sionismo, e que emprega como base a sua particular visom da mitologia religiosa mas, outros grupos ortodoxos da religiom judaica tenhem umha postura abertamente antisionista. Isto demonstra que a interpretaçom dos mesmos textos religiosos em qualquer religiom pode criar posturas políticas totalmente diferentes e enfrentadas.

Os comunistas e a Palestina.

  Palestina sofre a opressom nacional polo que a sua luita, a sua guerra pola independência, é umha guerra justa que deve ser apoiada polo Movimento Comunista Internacional (MCI). Tanto os comunistas de Israel como os comunistas de Gaza, da Cisjordânia e dos campos de refugiados do Líbano, Síria e Jordânia, tenhem que apoiar a luita de libertaçom nacional do povo palestiniano.

  A colonizaçom da Palestina provoca que inclusive a burguesia palestiniana esteja objetivamente interessada na independência nacional. Isto fai possível que umha organizaçom reacionária como é Hamas, que representa os interesses da burguesia palestina e do clero, em umha determinada conjuntura tenha umha prática revolucionária. É precisamente esta prática conjunturalmente revolucionária de Hamas o que possibilita temporalmente a política do frente único com Hamas mas, que deve ser realizada mantendo sempre a independência política do proletariado.

  Só o trotskismo e o bordiguismo depreciárom abertamente a luita de libertaçom nacional dos povos, colocando-se desta maneira do lado da reaçom.

  O trotskismo e o bordiguismo ocultam a diferença entre umha guerra entre potências imperialistas (como a I Guerra Mundial, a Guerra da Ucrânia, etc), com umha guerra justa contra a opressom. Ocultam a diferença como historicamente o MCI tratou a I GM (guerra interimperialista), com respeito ao tratamento de apoio das guerras de libertaçom nacional (Irlanda, Cuba, Angola, etc, etc, etc, etc).

O futuro do povo palestiniano.

  Parece que os comunistas palestinianos nom estam em condiçons de dirigir a totalidade da luita de libertaçom nacional, nem tampouco de poder transformar esta luita numha Guerra Popular Prolongada das massas armadas e organizadas conscientemente. Em estas condiçons a luita pola independência na prática significa a criaçom dum estado burguês independente mas, isto nom significa que os homens e mulheres comunistas deixem de combater pola independência. Significa simplesmente que o ajuste de contas com a burguesia ao nom se ter produzido antes, há de se ter que produzir depois quando se transforme na principal contradiçom social.

  A existência de assentamentos de colonos na Cisjordânia é incompatível com a descolonizaçom da Palestina. Polo que no futuro dunha maneira ou de outra estes colonos tenhem que marchar da Cisjordânia.

  Dividir Palestina em dous estados nom é umha soluçom para um povo colonizado. A soluçom da opressom palestiniana passa por que desapareça o colonialismo e para isto é necessária a desapariçom do Estado de Israel. Evidentemente a desapariçom do Estado de Israel nom é o desterro da populaçom de religiom judaica de Israel. A populaçom da Palestina nom deve seguir estando discriminada por razons da sua religiom, nem da cor da pele, nem de quem eram seus pais. Os judeus da Palestina devem poder seguir vivendo na Palestina depois de que desapareça o Estado de Israel.

¡Saludamos el ataque sin precedentes de HAMAS, el resultado inevitable de la ocupación israelí y las aspiraciones del movimiento de liberación de Palestina!

¡Detengamos los continuos y brutales ataques aéreos contra Gaza por parte de Israel, el Estado colonial títere del imperialismo estadounidense!

¡Condenemos severamente la postura pro-Israel del brahmánico hinduista fascista del gobierno indio de Modi!

 

El CC del PCI (maoísta) saluda los ataques con cohetes sin precedentes del 7 de octubre contra Israel por parte de HAMAS, resultado inevitable de la ocupación israelí de Palestina y de las aspiraciones del pueblo palestino a su liberación. Con el pretexto del ataque de HAMAS, las notorias Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel (FDI) se apoderaron de Gaza por todos lados y cortaron el suministro de alimentos, electricidad, combustible e incluso medicamentos, lo que provocó una grave crisis humanitaria.

Desde el 7 de octubre se llevan a cabo continuos ataques aéreos en Gaza, en los que miles de personas han muerto y muchos miles más han quedado mutiladas. Un millón de personas ya fueron expulsadas de sus hogares. Según los informes que salen a la luz, Israel está planeando una ofensiva cada vez mayor contra el pueblo palestino.

Nuestro partido condena severamente y exige detener los brutales ataques aéreos contra Gaza desde los últimos tres días por parte de Israel, el estado colonial títere y puesto de avanzada del imperialismo estadounidense en Medio Oriente.

El imperialismo estadounidense no sólo condenó el ataque de HAMAS como terrorista el 7 de octubre, sino que también anunció inmediatamente ayuda militar y en poco tiempo comenzó a enviar armas y otros equipos militares a Israel, su feroz perro de caza. Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, Alemania e Italia emitieron una declaración conjunta en apoyo a Israel. Este acto atroz de los imperialistas debe ser condenado desde todos los rincones posibles del mundo.

 El Primer Ministro indio Modi, siguiendo a sus amos imperialistas, especialmente los estadounidenses, expresó descaradamente su solidaridad hacia Israel. Nos oponemos firmemente a la actitud proisraelí del gobierno indio fascista hinduista brahmánico de Modi.

Nuestro Partido opina que el imperialismo estadounidense y el Estado sionista de Israel son responsables de la actual guerra injusta de Israel y de la justa resistencia de HAMAS, que ha resultado en la pérdida de vidas de personas de ambos lados, pero también en numerosas bajas para el pueblo palestino y destrucción. Israel debería detener inmediatamente los ataques contra Gaza y conseguir que HAMAS libere a los rehenes de forma segura.

Es bien sabido por el mundo que el Estado de Israel fue fundado por imperialistas, especialmente por Estados Unidos y el Reino Unido, para servir a sus intereses en 1948 con el pretexto de establecer una patria para los judíos en Palestina. Esto también lo reconoce la ONU (Organización de las Naciones Unidas), que también está bajo el control de Estados Unidos y sus aliados. Desde entonces no hubo paz real para los palestinos. Israel está inmerso en guerras con los árabes y ocupa continuamente territorios palestinos hasta ahora. Los palestinos han estado librando una lucha con los israelíes desde entonces por su liberación bajo diferentes banderas y fuerzas de dirección, desde los representantes de la izquierda hasta las fuerzas islámicas, las fuerzas feudales y la burguesía nacional. Sufrieron reveses, traiciones de sus líderes, pero se recuperaron y luego volvieron a luchar.

Está muy claro que la justicia y la paz genuinas para los palestinos sólo serán posibles cuando se destruya el Estado de Israel y se establezca el único país Palestina, la Palestina democrática y secular, donde todo el pueblo palestino, incluidos los judíos, pueda vivir juntos con iguales derechos y disfrutar verdadera liberación. Como Israel es el puesto de avanzada clave del imperialismo estadounidense en el Medio Oriente y no representa "hogar para los judíos", esto no será posible hasta que el imperialismo haya sido derrocado.

Para ello, las masas revolucionarias de Palestina tienen que librar una guerra popular prolongada bajo la dirección de su vanguardia de la clase obrera guiada por la ciencia del marxismo-leninismo-maoísmo. Aunque hoy parezca poco realista, en la era del imperialismo y la revolución proletaria, llegará un día en que la lucha del pueblo palestino por la liberación seguramente logrará este objetivo.

Nuestro Partido reafirma el apoyo inquebrantable a la causa justa del movimiento de liberación del pueblo palestino.

Nuestro CC llama a todos los partidos marxistas-leninistas-maoístas, a las fuerzas de izquierda, a los partidos democráticos y Organizaciones y pueblos progresistas y nacionalidades oprimidas de todo el mundo se mantengan firmes en apoyo al movimiento de liberación de los pueblos palestinos.

Nuestro CC también llama a todos a unirse y derrotar al imperialismo y a todos sus lacayos para que toda la opresión y explotación pueda ser desarraigada y se pueda lograr el objetivo de establecer el socialismo-comunismo.

L'esercito di Tel Aviv ha arrestato in Cisgiordania l'attivista palestinese 22enne

AGI - Ahed Tamimi, "la bionda" per via della folta chioma di capelli riccissimi, arrestata oggi in Cisgiordania dall'esercito israeliano, è da anni una spina nel fianco di Israele. Nel 2018, a soli 17 anni, sconto' 8 mesi di carcere inflitti dal tribunale militare per aver schiaffeggiato due soldati israeliani nel villaggio cisgiodano Nebi Saleh. Un gesto che l'aveva trasformata nel simbolo della lotta popolare palestinese contro l'occupazione israeliana. Con lei era stata condannata la madre Narimam.

L'episodio che l'aveva portata in carcere risaliva al 19 dicembre quando, al culmine delle proteste innescate dalla decisione di Donald Trump di trasferire l'ambasciata statunitense da Tel Aviv a Gerusalemme, aveva schiaffeggiato, spintonato e preso a calci due soldati israeliani che si trovavano accanto alla casa di famiglia.

I due militari, ai quali la giovane aveva intimato di andarsene, non hanno reagito a quella che sembrava più una provocazione che un tentativo di fare del male. L'incidente pero' era stato ripreso con il telefonino e rilanciato su Internet, acquistando grande popolarità. Pochi giorni dopo l'esercito israeliano aveva arrestato la ragazza.

La famiglia Tamimi non era nuova alle proteste: Bassem, il padre, è un noto esponente di al-Fatah, il partito del presidente dell'Autorità nazionale palestinese (Anp) Abu Mazen, e giocava un ruolo importante nelle proteste a Nabi Salih, villaggio 20 km a nord-ovest di Ramallah.
